Those feral mobs in Clapham are a disgrace. This is what happens when we fail to punish bad behaviour. Fare-dodging, shoplifting and phone-snatching are all virtually legal in London now. We have given a green light to lawlessness, says Brendan O’Neill

Wary of signing international treaty commitments, but I like the idea of embodying some of these principles in British law. Using the recognised treaty principles to offset inevitable complaints and to declare for ourselves the globally recognised special rights that come from indigeneity.

Treaty: https://www.ohchr.org/en/instruments-mechanisms/instruments/indigenous-and-tribal-peoples-convention-1989-no-169

Rights: Governments must consult indigenous peoples through their representative institutions whenever legislative or administrative measures are being considered that affect them directly. Governments must recognize the rights of ownership and possession over lands which indigenous peoples traditionally occupy. When applying national laws, governments must have due regard for the customs or customary laws of the peoples concerned. Governments must ensure that appropriate agencies are established and funded to administer programs affecting these peoples.

Life is good for the perpetual student in Germany. He'll be so competitive when he leaves university in his forties, everyone will snap him up.

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ On Tuesday night Congo beat Jamaica in a football match. These are the scenes in North #London as people β€œcelebrated”. This has become something of a balloon huffing epidemic and as a result car crashes have increased significantly.

This is a very easy to understand explanation of the Petrodollar system and why one reason the US is attacking Iran (and the taking out of Maduro in Venezuela) is because both Countries are defying the Petrodollar system, which benefits the US enormously , by selling their oil in currencies other than the US Dollar. https://youtu.be/bpEFA4LH6MM?si=
