1) if this was the intent, then the current UK population indicates it was an utter failure.
2) that intent - if it ever existed - can be shown to be completely ethical, rational and pragmatic
3) it's no surprise that this was commissioned and circulated within Priti Patel's Home Office.

That's a first - Abbott opposes work visas for higher flying foreigners. Why doesn't she be consistent and also oppose those coming to work in the NHS, etc? They also are 'asset stripped'.

All of the top universities (into the eighties) are either in European or East Asian nations. Even if some are undergoing a demographic shift (and positive discrimination fillers within their student bodies).

Schools Bill - Home Education mandatory register. The ability to home educate as you wish is being removed, slowly but surely. This bill is in the Lords and due in the Commons in a couple of months.
