It takes a look at the history and character of the Black Country, showing the professions of chain making and mining alongside others.

"Racial disparities exist that we cannot fully explain" because the police refuse to be honest about the causes for higher arrest rates. And making the force an "anti-racism" organisation explicitly makes it a Critical Race Theory organisation, because this theory requires our seeing racism underlying (ie being structural to) everything.
