Cllr Jocelyn Laws then declared "she's a bit of knob then". We have it all on video where it's pretty clear what's said. She reported it to Andrew Weavers, who's dismissed it"

These are the same people who accuse others of being hateful, divisive etc. Its not the first time Andrew Weavers have let Labour cllrs off the hook for their behaviour, he let Cllr Lee Scordis off for his disgusting and vile behaviour on social media...
