You're not only subsidising 'Green' technology in your bills, now you'll eventually have to pay the state because of it, to travel anywhere within your own country. Perhaps they have a medieval vision of the poorest limited to a few mile radius around their dwellings. Except these spaces will become tinier as environmental change is used as a justification for the relocation of the Third World into your backyard.
Interesting cover choices. Old white folks in God's Waiting Room, non-British medical staff and younger minorities and children.

I wasn't going to comment on Amazon's new 'Lord of the Rings' spinoff. To be honest, I was going to (and probably will after this post) pretend it never happened.
But the new marketing images are deliberately provocative. This tells us all we really need to know. It's not some attempt to 'transcend past racial issues', or some altruistic drive for inclusion. It's deliberately antagonistic; clickbait on a whole new scale. Designed to cause uproar (thus attention), and to show that 'go woke go broke' is no longer a concern for these mega-corps, who will plunder and subvert European culture as they please in order to build their post-national society.
...and that's as good a reason as any to ignore this new production as though it never happened. Don't get sucked in.
