Regarding the impending court case against the Met's Gang Matrix, worth recalling this rare moment of honesty of Cressida Dick on front of a Commons' Committee. With the recent report on Met WhatsApp messages*, this is a public fight the Met will be scared of being candid about.

A key contributor to the false Trump-Russia collusion dossier by "ex"-MI6 agent Christopher Steele indicted for lying and about to hit US courts to hit the court later this year. Isn't it about time Steele was -at the very least - called in to a House of Commons Committee to explain some things?

Very interesting/ amusing internal spat. A senior Prevent officer, academic and ex Met lead on extremism, accuses "anti-Fascist" groups of encouraging & participating in violence and ignoring it when their allies engage in it.
Was he partly thinking of HnH who announced various political venues - like GI Sevenoaks which later came under siege after the mob flocked there - when making some of his attached comms? They're certainly very critical and sneery of his article. As are many of the self-declared "anti-Facist" organisations who are angry on Twitter. Have a look. 😉

I wasn't going to comment on Amazon's new 'Lord of the Rings' spinoff. To be honest, I was going to (and probably will after this post) pretend it never happened.
But the new marketing images are deliberately provocative. This tells us all we really need to know. It's not some attempt to 'transcend past racial issues', or some altruistic drive for inclusion. It's deliberately antagonistic; clickbait on a whole new scale. Designed to cause uproar (thus attention), and to show that 'go woke go broke' is no longer a concern for these mega-corps, who will plunder and subvert European culture as they please in order to build their post-national society.
...and that's as good a reason as any to ignore this new production as though it never happened. Don't get sucked in.
