When police do proper policing, it's a beautiful thing. Fast food moped delivery drivers make a nuisance of themselves. Police later arrest many of them and/or their vehicles for being illegal immigrants without licences or insurance. 😀

They have just held a 'Welcome' reception, with the government who have pledged almost £50million alone, to help the Hong Kong resettlement.
