Have you witnessed the "rural racism" face? Now I've heard, I will stare more carefully at those in my village to see if I can spot it (and see if I can catch myself out in the mirror). It's a big covert racism issue, apparently. As is not looking at people, looking too much etc.

What do you think about this? There is a growing offgrid #vanlife movement in the UK, very different to the worst excesses of some traveller groups. It is said this new bill could see their vehicles confiscated if they park overnight in a lay-by. Those who wreak havoc should be penalised, but should we have a lighter touch with others, like the French do? Twenty-somethings should not have to burden themselves with significant monthly outgoings.
