From email chain: Censorship is spreading with the refusal or cancellation of bank accounts to hundreds of people. Royal Bank of Scotland refused an account for Professor Leslie Sawyers, the equalities and human-rights commissioner for Scotland.  Others affected are those associated with UKIP and the Brexit Party (including two former MEPs), Laurence Fox’s Reclaim Party, Wings Over Scotland, and an Anglican vicar. NatWest cancelled Alexandra Tolstoy's account, Metro Bank refused an account for a group of some 2,000 parents, while Coutts/NatWest and ten other banks have refused a business account for Nigel Farage. Dominic Lawson's daughter was refused an account. The children of peers are also affected. Even Jeremy Hunt has been denied an account by Monzo. PayPal has closed accounts for political reasons. A Santander insider says LGBTQ+ activists apply pressure to bosses to de-bank ‘anti-woke’ customers.
