*DUTIES OF A TRUTH LIBRARY ADMIN*

As an Admin, there are some roles and responsibilities we are to take.

📍You are in charge of one group and it is necessary you serve the group as service unto God.

So as admin, you are to do the following but not restricted to these alone:

*1. Fill your group*
📍You will be assigned one group to solely administer,

📍You are to fill your group as quickly as possible, maximum is 257 members

📍The Truth Library *creates and assigns* the groups, so when the group assigned to you is filled up, you will be directed to channel additional members to a particular group by your General Admins.

*2. Share books as regularly as possible*
📍 Ensure that you post to your group the *blessed Tuesday* and *Free Friday books*

📍The books are available at the site and Telegram and you make sure you do your possible best to provide the books requested on your platform


📍When a book requested for is not available, you can share books with similar titles or response to the member so they will not feel left out .

📍 Keenly take note of memos circulated regarding books that have copyright restrictions, which are therefore not to be shared in our groups.

*3. Maintain law and order*
📍 Ensure that any content posted to your group that is contrary to the library is highlighted immediately.
📍This unwanted content includes videos, devotionals, chats, links, stories, pictures, etc.
📍Notify the offender immediately they post any unwanted content.
📍Use the standard slide which will guide the violator on how to delete (for everyone).
📍If the violator is repeatedly posting unwanted content, you may have to remove them from the group

*4. Pray for your group and the Library at large.*
📍Make time for prayer for yourself as an admin and for your members

*5. Search for books and add to the Library's telegram page*.
📍 Every Admin is mandated to send books to add to the telegram page at least twice a month

📍As an admin, you will need to have a reading plan; and endeavour to read at least one book per month.


*7. Respond to member's challenges promptly*
📍Using Library templates, guide members on how to:
🚦create phone memory space creation
🚦 Avoiding scammers; etc. Generally helping members manage through the library.

8 *Filling of monthly report to be given to the General Admin who in turn will give it to the directors to be given to the Overseer*

*TYPES OF BOOKS*

*We only share books that are free, downloaded from recognized websites that share free books as well.*

*Most of those books are made available by charity organizations or the authors having settled with the publisher.*
*For instance, about 3 years after the death of Myles Munroe, his ministry donated all his books for free access. More than 40 of them! This is just one out of many of such cases.*

*If you are keenly observant, you will also notice some comments in those websites like* 'book deleted by legal owner' *which tells much about the awareness of the publishers/owner.*

*Furthermore, some of these books are very old hence, have been eventually made free by the author or publisher.*

*You can also notice that most of these authors are foreign - often supported by charities.*
*Most African authors' books are not free, hence not shared.*

*And those books not made free we refer members to nearby bookstore or Amazon(online) to get from there.*
*We have also made it a rule in the library nation not to share books we bought on Amazon as most are not made freely accessible for public.*

*_CREATING SPACE ON YOUR DEVICE_*

One of the reasons you could be having low storage space is Unnecessary & Duplicate files.

Go to:-

*SETTINGS -> DEVICE MAINTENANCE -> OPTIMISE (Malware Apps etc) that will be cleaned.*

*SETTINGS -> DEVICE MAINTENANCE -> STORAGE -> CLEAN*

The *CLEAN* part will show you all the
Unnecessary Files (Cached, Residual & Advertisement Files) that will be deleted

*DUPLICATE FILES*

*INTERNAL STORAGE -> TELEGRAM -> TELEGRAM IMAGES/ AUDIO/ DOCUMENTS (Delete Files here you don't need)*

Some files in *TELEGRAM DOCUMENTS* are also in *DOWNLOAD DOCUMENTS* thus Duplicate files are there. Delete files from one folder & be left with another which has the same.

Once you click download on the Library ebooks or audio here, documents & audios are automatically saved on your device in the Telegram Folder but you have to re-name them

Duplicate files are also found in:-

*FILES -> INTERNAL STORAGE -> WHATSAPP -> MEDIA*

*MEDIA* has different *WHATSAPP* Folders of Voice Note, Video, Stickers, Profile Photos, Images, Documents, Audio, Animated Gifs & Wall Paper which can be deleted to get more space on your device.

*FILES -> INTERNAL STORAGE -> WHATSAPP -> MEDIA > WHATSAPP DOCUMENTS -> SENT*

*SENT* Folder has all the documents, media or audio you have sent out from your device

*GOOGLE DRIVE*
You can save your files here. They will still be on your phone & available incase you change devices.

*DROP BOX*
Download it from Play Store & save your files there. Your files will still be available incase you change your device
