*HOW TRUTH LIBRARY BEGAN*
Since it establishment, the *Truth Library*, a subsidiary of the *Truth Gospel Outreach Ministry* (A ministry with the divine mandate of reaching the breached, winning the lost and extending the tent of the Lord) has remain committed of it core mandate of bringing you nothing but the best of books.
HOW IT BEGAN
The Truth Library is an idea made reality.
The overseer Godfred and his friend Pastor Frank Norvor during a personal retreat had a discussion about how ignorance is destroying the people of God and after an inspired dialogue between them looked for a solution to curb this ignorance down and that lead to the idea of creating a platform where Christians from all over the world will have access to godly books and inspired writings from men and women of God from all ages that will aid them in pursuit of their purpose
As a result the Overseer join various libraries to see how they run their activities but all of them only posted some books but the overseer had an idea of a library that not only will provide books but will also provide request to the members and this lead to the creation of the Truth Library in January 2020
Over the years the Lord has been good to Us in the starting of many Library groups with over 1000 + members worldwide

There is no limit to what one can do for Jesus, if only they are willing and passionate, For no word from God will ever fail.*

📌 *Our libraries are governed by an Admin who is in charge of the group. He /she is responsible for filling the group through sharing of the group link, sending books daily, answering to the requests of the members, enforcing our library rules and removing rule breakers. Every Admin can also assist the administration of our Telegram group, sharing books to archive and praying for the Truth Library*
*Admins also submit report to their GENERAL ADMIN to be sent to their superiors
*To that Admin who is able to manage and grow 3 groups or more as the Scripture above stated shall be REWARDED with 5 groups to oversee*

📌 *The role of an overseer is to monitor the activities of his five groups, helping in sending books, answer book requests in the archives & groups and enforcing the library disciplines. He/she has the right to appoint potential Admins to help in the administration in situations where the main Admin is offline, incompetent or incapable of fulfilling his/her duties and demote Admins who fall short in their responsibilities. The main Admins should be in constant communication with the Overseer at all times whether or not they are unable to fulfill their duties. General Admins submit monthly reports concerning their five groups to their Directors. WHEN THEY CONSULT YOU, PLEASE HONOR THEM and let them help.*When an GENERAL ADMIN proves to be worthy by administering and growing his/her 5 groups through the Admins under him/her, then he/she shall be recommended for more groups. The reward for hard work is more work. To be given additional 5 new groups to be added to make 10 groups to oversee, your old groups should have 3 or more groups at 250+ membership strength.*

📌 *They are the ones who plan, liaise with overseers to recruit potential Admins, do the orientation and assign them to new groups. These are responsible for 10 groups - working directly with all the overseers in their assigned group range. They also ensure constant reminders of the vision, mission, rules and prayers of and for the Library.*
📌 *This is the highest decision making board. It consists of the big three, Pastor Frank Norvor and Enoch Banful and Priscilla Fynn The senior of them being Priscilla Fynn. They help the directors and general Admins, they come in to help when immediate action is needed while the director, overseer or main admins are not around. They also pass final judgements over the matters that would affect the entire Library governance. They also rule when there exists an argument between two general Admins. When the Directors have a serious decision to make, they know where to take it. WHEN THEY APPROACH YOU, KINDLY GIVE THEM HONOR and make it easy for them to work with you, because "Whoever heeds discipline shows the way to life, but whoever ignores correction leads others astray.” Proverbs 10:17*

*2. Share books as regularly as possible*
📍 Ensure that you post to your group the *blessed Tuesday* and *Free Friday books*
📍The books are available at the site and Telegram and you make sure you do your possible best to provide the books requested on your platform
📍When a book requested for is not available, you can share books with similar titles or response to the member so they will not feel left out .
📍 Keenly take note of memos circulated regarding books that have copyright restrictions, which are therefore not to be shared in our groups.
*3. Maintain law and order*
📍 Ensure that any content posted to your group that is contrary to the library is highlighted immediately.
📍This unwanted content includes videos, devotionals, chats, links, stories, pictures, etc.
📍Notify the offender immediately they post any unwanted content.
📍Use the standard slide which will guide the violator on how to delete (for everyone).
📍If the violator is repeatedly posting unwanted content, you may have to remove them from the group
*4. Pray for your group and the Library at large.*
📍Make time for prayer for yourself as an admin and for your members
*5. Search for books and add to the Library's telegram page*.
📍 Every Admin is mandated to send books to add to the telegram page at least twice a month
📍As an admin, you will need to have a reading plan; and endeavour to read at least one book per month.
*7. Respond to member's challenges promptly*
📍Using Library templates, guide members on how to:
🚦create phone memory space creation
🚦 Avoiding scammers; etc. Generally helping members manage through the library.
8 *Filling of monthly report to be given to the General Admin who in turn will give it to the directors to be given to the Overseer*

*For instance, about 3 years after the death of Myles Munroe, his ministry donated all his books for free access. More than 40 of them! This is just one out of many of such cases.*
*If you are keenly observant, you will also notice some comments in those websites like* 'book deleted by legal owner' *which tells much about the awareness of the publishers/owner.*
*Furthermore, some of these books are very old hence, have been eventually made free by the author or publisher.*
*You can also notice that most of these authors are foreign - often supported by charities.*

1. All admins are added to the *Z-World Library *. It is one of the biggest libraries online where you can download thousands of books as an admin to provide request for your group

If admin "A" is in need of a book (eg. Jewish Code by Perry Stone), then admin "A" will

One of the reasons you could be having low storage space is Unnecessary & Duplicate files.
Go to:-
*SETTINGS -> DEVICE MAINTENANCE -> OPTIMISE (Malware Apps etc) that will be cleaned.*
*SETTINGS -> DEVICE MAINTENANCE -> STORAGE -> CLEAN*
The *CLEAN* part will show you all the
Unnecessary Files (Cached, Residual & Advertisement Files) that will be deleted
*DUPLICATE FILES*
*INTERNAL STORAGE -> TELEGRAM -> TELEGRAM IMAGES/ AUDIO/ DOCUMENTS (Delete Files here you don't need)*
Some files in *TELEGRAM DOCUMENTS* are also in *DOWNLOAD DOCUMENTS* thus Duplicate files are there. Delete files from one folder & be left with another which has the same.
Once you click download on the Library ebooks or audio here, documents & audios are automatically saved on your device in the Telegram Folder but you have to re-name them
Duplicate files are also found in:-
*FILES -> INTERNAL STORAGE -> WHATSAPP -> MEDIA*
