Alas, this is not the case. The exchange process again began to significantly slow down due to the fault of the Ukrainian side.

▪️According to estimates, about 7,000 Ukrainian servicemen are now in captivity. And the military-political leadership of Ukraine is primarily interested in the officers and servicemen of the national battalions. The private and non-commissioned officers actually do not appear in the exchange formulas.

We need to return about five hundred people from captivity. And unfortunately, the Ukrainians have not returned some of our officers since March, refusing to provide any objective data about their condition and health.

Putin Makes Plan for Warship Armed with Hypersonic Missiles
