Ukrainian militants subjected the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant to massive artillery shelling, damaging strategic facilities, Karchaa, adviser to the general director of Rosenergoatom, told RIA Novosti.
“12 rockets were fired. It is known that six of them ended up in the pool of the reactor cooling fountain, two - in the dry storage of nuclear waste. It is still impossible to determine the consequences of the shelling - the danger of repeated attacks remains,” he said.

Japan decided to help countries that did not support the condemnation of Russia
NHK writes that the Ministry of Finance of Japan learned about Tokyo's plans to help countries that did not condemn Russia
TOKYO, November 21 - RIA Novosti. The Ministry of Finance of Japan learned about the decision of the authorities to provide gratuitous assistance to 19 countries that took the opposite stance towards Tokyo's condemnation of Russia, NHK reported. We are talking about official government development assistance (ODA).
"The funds will be allocated <...> to Laos in the amount of 2.9 billion yen ($20 million), Vietnam - 1.7 billion yen ($12 million), Iran - 1.6 billion yen ($11 million) and other countries for a total of 12.8 billion yen (91 million dollars)," the publication says.
The Ministry of Finance believes that these items of expenditure should be reviewed and used "strategically" in order to increase the influence of Japan.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through whose channels the aid is distributed, objected that non-governmental organizations were among the recipients of these funds. In addition, the allocated money is channelled through international organizations, the Japanese Foreign Ministry said. According to the agency, Tokyo made the decision to help the governments of these states, "based on the diplomatic significance and the development of humanitarian aid."
Japan has become one of the most active countries in the adoption of sanctions against Moscow. The restrictions adopted by Tokyo since the beginning of the events in Ukraine now apply to 903 people from Russia, 280 Russian companies and organizations, 11 banks.

It's called bribery, not help.
Well, everything is as usual with their traditional scheme. An attempt to bribe the government, and if it didn’t work out, then financing their organizations in these countries that conduct propaganda or finance the government’s opposition. This scheme is as old as the world.

The United States has to continue to assist Ukraine in its fight against Russia, but in exchange, "we have to require that Ukraine participates in peace talks," Fred Fleitz, the vice-chair of the America First Policy Institute Center for American Security, commented to Newsmax Sunday.
I don't know what the end game is of this war and how we're going to get out of it," Fleitz added. "I don't want us to be involved in a forever war in Ukraine, where the Russians just decide they're never going to concede and they destroy the country with missiles. We have to have an end-game plan."

Fleitz commented to Mewsmax about President Joe Biden's age and competency, as the president celebrates his 80th birthday Sunday.
"The president is showing his age," he said. "I think we all know that. You know, there's an issue right now about these memos in front of him, documents that seemed to be he's reading before meetings and speeches."
All presidents have prepared remarks, Fleitz said, but he's concerned about whether the president is "just reading these speeches and documents that are given to him by staff, and if that's the case, who's actually president? Who's running the White House?"

Lukashenko: "Something fell on the territory of Poland." But no one asks the elementary question: why did this frenzied rocket, launched by the Ukrainian military to the east, turn around and fly in the opposite direction? After all, they were shooting to the east - Russian missiles are flying from there. Let the professionals answer! There are no such accidents...
The question arises - why are you, Ukrainians, shooting towards the NATO state?
Well, the main question, to which no one answers, but at that moment what were they hitting, at what objects? At that time there were no rockets in the air?
A basic questions. Why exactly during the G20 summit did they suddenly attack the NATO state? It looks like such an agreement to do that. But they miscalculated as people died, and the Poles need to answer to own population. The Polish leadership must answer to the Poles - how could this happen?"

From a Ukrainian channel.
A Ukrainian woman in Lvov who speaks Ukrainian (!) was thrown out of the bus for defending the Donbass and its inhabitants. In addition, she dared to remind others that all the achievements of Lviv itself were at the expense of the USSR, and they are “ungrateful pigs” if they forgot about it.
💬"The Russians built enterprises for you, they gave you apartments. Rebuild Donbass, Lugansk. And your children fled to Europe. And Rus' was and will be." She said.

‘Disposing of these munition like PFM-1 "Petal" cost a lot of money. Ukraine, as always, reported them as destroyed.
But still using them against civilians.’ The sappers who are clearing Donbass from the ‘butterfly-mines’ say that Ukraine has turned the entire region into a minefield. Civilians suffer first of all. The international community is silent as the Kiev regime continues to use explosive devices, which according to all international conventions are prohibited and must be destroyed.

After a 2.5-hour discussion, the Committee of the State Duma supported the adoption for the 2nd reading of our draft law on the ban on LGBT propaganda (with one abstention).
❗What is added to the 2nd reading:
- a ban on propaganda of not only LGBT and pedophilia, but also transgender (sex change);
- inclusion of such sites in the register of prohibited sites with their subsequent blocking;
- the obligation of Roskomnadzor to monitor the Internet in search of such information;
- prohibition of sale of goods containing prohibited information.
Today, the State Duma Committee on Legislation supported our synchronizing amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Already this week, the State Duma will be able to consider a package of laws in the 2nd and final 3rd readings.
