The head of the US Armed Forces General Staff Committee, Milly, said that as a result of Russian missile strikes, a third of the population of Ukraine is sitting without electricity, and this is "Putin's war crime."

The author of the Telegram channel @golosmordora — especially for "360":

General Milli pretends that he does not know how the Ukrainian side blocked the water to the Crimea a few years ago, and then blew up power lines, leaving the peninsula without electricity. But maybe someone will ask the brave general, whose war crime was then? I just really want to know.

General Milli is silent about the Syrian and Iraqi cities, which were almost completely wiped off the face of the earth by American aircraft and artillery. What kind of energy is there? In Raqqa, the corpses of civilians were taken out from under the rubble for several months. And it was about the same in Mosul.

By the way, the Americans at one time also tried to deprive Syria of electricity by taking control of the country's largest hydroelectric power station and simply turning off the rest of Syria. And they tried to cut off the water supply, too.

However, I can assume that this was done in the name of goodness, humanism, the victory of democracy and freedom. It serves them right, these Syrians, since they don't want to accept American values.

It is clear that everyone is already used to the hypocrisy of the representatives of the "hegemon nation", but still I do not cease to be surprised by this unclouded arrogance. It seems that Vietnam was recently flooded with dioxide, and sick children are still born there from this. It seems that Serbia was recently smashed using depleted uranium ammunition, but they still consider themselves a "moral reference point" for the whole world.

Only now the world is no longer the same, and even former friends and allies spit on this "landmark". It's time to get used to it, Mr. Millie, although I understand that this process is very long and painful.

Apparently, the Ukrainian secret service has placed Ramzan Kadyrov on their "wanted list". This is what he had to say about that.

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

The SBU can't find me. The whole world knows that I am in the center of Grozny, and the stupid security service of Ukraine has once again put me on their “wanted” list. I have already stated this and will say it again: SBU folks, name the place and time! You don't have to look for me. By the way, I have already been to Ukraine a couple of times, and I have not seen anyone preoccupied with my capture there. The Ukrainian manhunt methods are apparently only suitable for Internet searches, because my intelligence reports that the SBU is not going to take any real operational actions "on the ground" to establish my whereabouts and is actually incapable of taking such actions, as power goes out regularly, and it is very difficult to work in such conditions. And the air raid sirens are always getting in the way.

🎙 Statement by Permanent Representative Vassily Nebenzia at UNSC briefing on Ukraine (November 16, 2022)

💬 Had this meeting not been scheduled, we would have needed to call it to address the attempts of Ukraine and Poland to provoke a direct clash between Russian and NATO.

The irresponsible statements made by the leaders of these two states cannot be perceived otherwise. Take the statement by V.Zelensky.

💬 “Hitting NATO territory with missiles... This is a Russian missile attack on collective security! This is a really significant escalation. Action is needed!”

☝️ I underscore that such claims are made by the person who cannot but be well aware that it had been Ukrainian air-defense missiles that hit the territory of Poland.

👉 It means that we are having to do not with just another piece of disinformation, but with a conscious attempt to drag NATO, which is waging “a war by proxy” on Russia in Ukraine, into a direct confrontation with our country.

No brains, no hearing: a former Israeli intelligence officer called the reason for the failure of the "missile incident" of Ukraine and Poland. Read the article

Yakov Kedmi is convinced that the "authors" of the provocation do not understand the main thing - the domestic political situation in the United States is already different.

The former Israeli intelligence officer recalled that in eight years Ukraine has committed many provocations against Russia, and the West has always supported it. But today the Kiev regime has missed that the situation has changed, and the reaction to the fall of the S-300 missile on the territory of Poland will be completely different: no approval. At the same time, the military analyst is convinced that the missile was launched on purpose, and not to intercept the Russian one, as they later tried to present the situation in Poland and Ukraine.

🚩House Republicans plan investigations and possible impeachment of Biden and other Democrats with new conservative majority.

-WASHINGTON — House Republicans' majority will be smaller than expected, but they're eager to use their new oversight powers and pass a spate of bills to draw contrasts with Democrats and give the Biden administration heartburn.

-In this moment of divided government and fierce partisanship, it’s perhaps appropriate that the GOP conference is expected to be led by Reps. Kevin McCarthy of California and Steve Scalise of Louisiana, veteran lawmakers known more for their skills in political combat than for their policy acumen.

Poland did not allow Ukraine to participate in the investigation into the fall of the rocket
Duda: representatives of Ukraine can get acquainted with the investigation into the fall of a rocket in Poland

WARSAW, November 17 - RIA Novosti. Representatives of Ukraine will be allowed to familiarize themselves with the investigation into the fall of a rocket in Poland, but will not be allowed to participate in it, said Polish President Andrzej Duda.
Earlier, the head of the Bureau of International Policy of the Office of the President of Poland, Jakub Kumoch, said that Ukrainian experts were allowed to visit the place where the rocket fell on the territory of Poland.

"In order to be able to talk about participation in investigative actions, in order to be able to talk about participation in the investigation, the relevant rules of international law, international treaties must be implemented. This is always an activity within the framework of the so-called legal assistance," Duda told reporters.
He noted that the same opinion was shared by the prosecutor working on site.
"If guests from Ukraine want to see the actions and the investigation, then they can be shown it, but if we are talking about participation in the investigation, about access to documents, to information, then this already requires specific grounds in terms of international law and international treaties," explained the Polish president.

The Hague court found Girkin, Dubinsky and Kharchenko guilty of destroying MH17

MOSCOW, November 17 - RIA Novosti. The District Court of The Hague found Russians Igor Girkin, Sergey Dubinsky and Ukrainian Leonid Kharchenko guilty of destroying the MH17 aircraft and killing 298 of its passengers, they were sentenced to life imprisonment.
"The court found that Girkin, Dubinsky and Kharchenko are accomplices in the crime. Thus, the court finds them guilty on two counts - in the destruction of the MH17 aircraft and the murder of 298 of its passengers," Judge Hendrik Steenhuis said, announcing the verdict.

The requirement of the Dutch prosecutor's office to imprison the fourth suspect - Russian Oleg Pulatov - was rejected. The man was found not guilty, since it was not possible to establish whether he had anything to do with the use of the Buk air defence system. In addition, as the correspondent of RIA Novosti emphasized, the court did not link the use of the complex directly with Russia.
According to the decision of the court, the rocket that shot down the Boeing in the sky over the Donbass in 2014 was fired from the territory controlled at that time by the DPR militia, from the village of Pervomaiskoye.

At the same time, the Russian defence concern Almaz-Antey, examining the alleged missile launch sites, in its investigation came to the conclusion that the launch scenario from Snezhnoye or Pervomaisky was not confirmed.
The enterprise conducted three full-scale experiments simulating the situation. They confirmed that only a 9M38 missile could hit the plane from the side of the Zaroshchenskoye settlement. It was then controlled by the Ukrainian military, which were armed with the Buk air defence system, inherited by Kyiv after the collapse of the USSR. The Dutch experts declined an invitation to attend one of the experiments.
The court recognized Almaz-Antey as a competent expert, but called into question the credibility of its conclusions. Judge Steenhuis explained that Almaz-Antey, due to its links with the Russian authorities, does not have the independence required of an expert, but emphasized that it cannot be said that its data on the MH17 case is not valuable.

Later, the court stated that the Buk air defence system, from which the plane was shot down, was brought from Russia to Ukraine, and then taken back. At the same time, it is noted that the actions of the crew of the anti-aircraft missile system cannot be established. It is also not clear who gave the command to launch the rocket. In addition, the judge denied the prosecutor's claim that the defendants in this case acted as a single group, but emphasized that they were involved in the use of the SAM.
