DONETSK, November 17 - RIA Novosti. The engine of the American high-speed anti-radar missile AGM-88 HARM with an expired warranty period was found near Donetsk by local residents, RIA Novosti correspondent reports.
Judging by the markings, the rocket was manufactured in 1991, its warranty period expired 25 years ago. Probably, the missile failed to lock onto the target and self-destructed.

LUGANSK, November 17 - RIA Novosti. Ukrainian troops fired 23 rockets from the HIMARS MLRS across the territory of the Lugansk People's Republic, the LPR representative office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to War Crimes of Ukraine (JCCC) reported.
"On the part of the armed formations of Ukraine, six shellings were recorded at the settlement of Mirnoye in the Lutuginsky district, Perevalsk, Zymogorye, Starobelsk, Svatovo, Belokurakino using the M142 HIMARS MLRS. The enemy fired 23 rockets," the mission's Telegram channel said.
As a result of shelling in Zymogorye, a man was killed, two more people were injured. In the village, a house, industrial premises of a grain-collecting centre, a school, a railway station, and a power line were damaged. Three more civilians were wounded in Svatovo and Belokurakino. Two houses and a railway station were damaged there.
