◾SPEAKING OF MEDDLING: George Soros, THE master-manipulator of social engineering GLOBALLY, is the single largest individual donor in the 2022 US midterm elections - a much younger and SANER Joe Biden explains why that's a PROBLEM; corruption is IMPLICIT in the system as running for office is EXPENSIVE and whoever has money, has their own interests ie:
Political Action Committees (PACs) POOL campaign contributions from members and donate those funds to campaigns FOR or AGAINST candidates, initiatives or legislation - aka how to BUY American "democracy"; there IS legislation that PROHIBITS monetary contributions to candidates by corporations and banks - yet where INDIVIDUALS are wealthier than whole countries, we'd say something went TERRIBLY wrong.

🔹Washington and its allies have turned Ukraine into a major anti-Russian bridgehead. At the same time, they did not conceal their readiness to fight Russia "to the last Ukrainian."
🔹The Western hypocrisy culminated in turning a blind eye to Zelensky's statements about the intention to restore country’s status as a nuclear power.
🔹Today we face the threat of a radiation disaster. Kiev is planning to commit a provocation by exploding a "dirty bomb".
🔹Russia is making every effort to get through to the international community, to warn about the looming threat. Yet Washington shies away from our warnings, calling them “false" and "groundless."
‼️By justifying the Kiev regime, Washington itself is becoming a sponsor and accomplice of nuclear terrorism.

Bosnia And The Collapse of Yugoslavia.
The end of the cold war has seen major political changes on the world map, the largest country in the world was divided into 15, there were 2 Yemen's and 2 Germany's, now there is only one, some nations united, others disappeared, Yugoslavia was not so lucky in this.
Yugoslavia for much of the cold war had a strong economy, it was an industrial center, and it had one of the best equipped militaries in Europe, it supported the Palestinian cause, aided Egypt when an EgyptAir aircraft was forced to land in Italy by the USAF, the Americans tried to take out men by force, but our soldiers pointed their guns, Yugoslavia solved this situation diplomatically, but that's beside the point.
Yugoslavia, to put it simply, had 2 extremes, the federalists who wished for more autonomy, and the centralists who liked the status quo, keep this in mind since it will be important.
The economy later stagnated, the Yugoslavian government fell into the IMF debt trap, the standards of life quality worsened, and there was a disparity between the most developed regions like Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia, between Bosnia and Kosovo.
The 1974 constitution in Yugoslavia played a role, Serbia was practically divided into Serbia proper, and 2 autonomous zones, many Serbians thought that Serbia is basically mutilating itself for the sake of Yugoslavia, they were also afraid that the autonomous government of Kosovo would "do something", their fears turned out be true.
Well, you know the drill, Tito died, and everyone started playing the other, Tito was a man and he had his flaws and definitely contributed to the powder keg, but he definitely was one of the main factors that Yugoslavia was at least in theory, a nation, when your nation depends on the existence of a single leader, then you're bluntly screwed.
Protests in '81, the Argokomerc affair in '87, and the strikes in '88, foretold that the next few decades are going to be shit, it also didn't help that as the USSR became less and less of a threat, Yugoslavia could not be a partner with the West or the east, it was simply by itself.
Milosevic came along, took power, put allies in Vojvodina, Kosovo, and Montenegro, the media outlets of Croatia and Slovenia were shit talking the Serbs, and it wasn't long before that in 1990 in the 14th congress of the league of communists started, putting the final nail of coffin and setting off a political process that had consequences that I doubt anyone had in mind... Our guys near Kherson took a big risk. At any moment they could be cut off from supplies and in such a situation it would be extremely difficult to keep the defense. On the other hand, there is a real threat of undermining the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, which, obviously, can lead to a large number of casualties among the civilian population and military personnel.
The main goal of today's maneuver is to protect the population while maximizing personnel savings.

The owner of PMC "Wagner" Prigozhin, who previously criticized the command of the Russian army for retreating from Liman, today supported the decision to leave Kherson
“The decision to withdraw troops from the right bank of the Dnieper is not an easy one, but it speaks of the readiness of the command to take responsibility for the lives of soldiers. The withdrawal of troops with minimal losses is Surovikin’s achievement, which does not do honour to Russian weapons, but emphasizes the personal qualities of the commander, who acted like a man who is not afraid of responsibility,” said Prigozhin.

Shoigu gave the order to withdraw troops for defence on the left bank of the Dnieper
Russian Defence Minister Shoigu ordered to begin the withdrawal of troops from the right to the left bank of the Dnieper
MOSCOW, November 9 - RIA Novosti. Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu agreed with the proposal of the commander of the Joint Group of Russian Forces Sergei Surovikin to organize defence in the Kherson region on the left bank of the Dnieper.
“A comprehensive assessment of the current situation is proposed to take up defence along the left bank of the Dnieper River. I understand that this is a very difficult decision. In addition, part of the forces and means will be released, which will be used for active operations, including offensive ones, in other directions in the operation zone," Surovikin said.
He specified that "the manoeuvre of the troops will be carried out in the near future, formations and units will occupy defensive lines and positions prepared in engineering terms on the left bank of the Dnieper River."
"Kherson and adjacent settlements cannot be fully supplied and function, people's lives are constantly in danger," Surovikin said.
He stressed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue shelling the Kakhovka dam - this can provoke flooding, which will entail significant casualties. This threatens to isolate the troops on the right bank of the Dnieper if they are not withdrawn from there.
The commander also noted that the enemy is hitting local government facilities, schools, hospitals, and other socially significant facilities.
He added that more than 115,000 people were evacuated from the region.
Surovikin also added that Russian troops are successfully resisting enemy attacks along the entire line of contact. All attempts to attack the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kupyansky and Krasnolimansky directions have been thwarted. In the Donetsk direction, Russian units have completed the defeat of the enemy on the right bank of the Bakhmutka River, and in the South-Donetsk direction, the liberation of the settlement of Pavlovka is being completed.
Surovikin stressed that the combat capabilities of the united group had grown significantly, due to the mobilized it was possible to increase its composition and create reserves. The Ukrainian side suffers high losses in manpower and equipment.
Only in the Kherson direction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from August to October lost:
— more than 9.5 thousand killed and wounded;
— more than 200 tanks;
— 500 armoured vehicles;
— about 600 vehicles for various purposes;
— more than 50 artillery pieces and mortars.
The losses of Russian troops in this direction are seven to eight times less than those of the enemy.

Russia left Kherson. Not really
Irina Alksnis for RIA Novosti
The decision to withdraw Russian troops to the left bank of the Dnieper was largely expected. For several weeks, evacuation activities were openly under way, with officials directly talking about the likelihood of difficult decisions. In general, everyone understood that such a development of events was not excluded, although they hoped for the best. However, because it was expected, it did not become less difficult.
However, this time the severity is still different - not the one that repeatedly piled on us this year, when, on the one hand, something bad and tragic happened, and on the other, many felt lost in the whirlwind of events, in misunderstanding what is happening in the world in general and in Ukraine in particular.
If the former heaviness at times covered with dull hopelessness, now it is the weight of a conscious burden that we have taken upon ourselves. And which we carry to the end.
In the coming hours and days there will be many detailed analyzes of the military component of the decision. However, I will take the liberty of asserting that political considerations are the main ones at the heart of the given order.
The bottom line is that - strange as it may sound - Russia can afford to withdraw from the right bank of the Dnieper. She can afford to retreat.
When Shoigu, Surovikin or Putin himself say that saving the lives of our servicemen is the most important priority in the conduct of military defence, they are not disingenuous, hypocritical or lying. They speak the pure truth.
But apart from considerations of humanity, this approach has absolutely pragmatic reasons, because Russia will need its soldiers for a long time to come.
In the nine and a half months that have passed since February 24, it has become quite clear that what we call a special military operation is in fact a war of the collective West against our country. And in this war, Ukraine voluntarily chose to become a battlefield and at the same time a supplier of proxy troops for the US and its allies.
When describing the ongoing military operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, one can often hear the wording "zerg rush". An explanation for those who are not in the know: this is from computer game slang, it means military tactics, when cheap, weak combat units rush into battle, but in such a huge amount that they simply crush much more advanced opponents in bulk. That is, "they threw corpses" in the literal sense of the word.
And in the performance of Ukraine, we observe exactly this approach. The loss ratio of one to seven to eight (and in places to nine to ten) voiced by Surovikin and our other military leaders is not an exaggeration. In recent days, several photographs have appeared at once from different places in Ukraine with local cemeteries, on which there are many fresh graves with buried Ukrainian servicemen. Villages and other small settlements lose tens and hundreds of their men, and in larger cities, the number goes to thousands of dead.
But the worst thing is that they are fine. It is normal to die for the billion-dollar fortunes of the Kyiv leaders, which they amass in a matter of months of hostilities. It is normal to be expendable for the West, which has been playing the Great Game with Russia for many centuries, as a result of which we will again (which is already once in history) finally come together at the negotiating table. And the Ukrainians, in huge numbers who died for them, Western leaders, of course, will not remember - except that they will smile with satisfaction about how successfully they managed to play the Ukrainian card against Russia.

Continuation from above ⬆️⬆️⬆️
All this is clear to us already now: both about the scale of the ongoing confrontation, and about our true opponents, and about the Ukraine they use in a hybrid way.
Therefore, despite the severity of the decision on Kherson, the strategic benefits of this decision clearly outweigh the disadvantages.
Since you have to grind the enemy’s manpower, it’s worth doing it with the maximum savings of your own soldiers and civilians. And then there are the prospects for the destruction of Kherson in the most difficult urban battles and the risk of undermining the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station with flooding of vast territories and further environmental disaster.
At the same time, it is already obvious that the main "military operations" are taking place not at all on the battlefields, but in the economy, energy, social sphere, and international cooperation. Whoever breaks first, loses. And this year, for the first time in many decades, the West has lost confidence in its invulnerability.
To the bitter reproaches that Russia has left its city ("after all, Kherson is a Russian city?"), one can firmly answer that yes, Kherson is a Russian city. Like Odessa, the Russian South Palmyra, and Nikolaev, the city of Russian shipbuilders. Wherever you poke on the map, you will find yourself in a place to which you can confidently add "Russian".
It is not the first time for Russia to leave, including from very significant and iconic places. Mikhail Illarionovich Kutuzov could tell a lot about the strategic retreat.
But Russia always comes back for its own.

Russian troops resumed the offensive in several directions
Surovikin: Russian troops resumed offensive near Artemovsk and Pavlovka
COMMAND POST OF THE JOINT GROUP OF RUSSIAN TROOPS, November 9 - RIA Novosti. The situation in the area of the special operation has generally stabilized, Russian troops have resumed their offensive in several directions, General of the Army Sergei Surovikin said in a report to Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu.
He stressed that the combat capabilities of the united group have increased significantly, due to the mobilized it was possible to increase its composition and create reserves. Russian troops manage to hold back enemy attacks, in several directions they managed to resume their own offensive.
"The active actions of formations and units of the Joint Group of Forces and Forces thwarted all attempts at offensive operations of the armed forces of Ukraine in the Kupyansky and Krasnolimansky directions. In addition, offensive actions were resumed in certain directions," Surovikin specified.
The general reported that in the Donetsk direction, Russian units had completed the defeat of the enemy on the right bank of the Bakhmutka River, and active operations were underway to block Artemovsk from the south. Fighting is also taking place on the eastern outskirts of the city.
In addition, Russian troops advanced towards Maryinka and Pervomaisky, and in the South-Donetsk direction they are completing the liberation of the Pavlovka settlement. In particular, in the area of the Vremevsky Ledge, it was possible to push the enemy back and occupy the dominant heights in the depths of his defence.
In the direction of Kherson, Ukrainian troops lost more than 9.5 thousand people killed and wounded during their offensive attempts from August to October. About 200 tanks, 500 armored fighting vehicles, about 600 vehicles and more than 50 artillery pieces and mortars were also destroyed. The general noted that despite the high losses in manpower and equipment, the Ukrainian troops do not abandon offensive attempts, but all of them are stopped in a timely manner.
In turn, the losses of the Russian Armed Forces are seven to eight times less than those of the enemy, Surovikin emphasized. To save the lives of the military and the combat readiness of the group of troops, the general proposed organizing defence in the Kherson region on the left bank of the Dnieper, the Minister of Defence agreed with him.
