Ministry of Supply and Internal trading is going around giving away 1 kilo (or to my American subscribers, 2 pounds) of white rice for 12 pounds or 0.49 US cents.
Basically, that thing is subsidized and had 70% of it's price go to la la land because they know half of us can't probably afford it at the moment.
Well, that's good, I guess.

Translated from RIA Novosti:
US midterm elections to be held today
▪️ In the House of Representatives, the struggle for all 435 seats, in the Senate — for 35 out of 100. Polls promise that Biden and his Democrats will lose control of at least the lower house.
▪️ The renewed Congress will start working on January 3, and until then it will continue to function under the leadership of the Democrats.
▪️ The loss of Congress hobbles the second half of Biden's presidency, many things become possible - from “shutdowns” (“closing the government”) to launching an impeachment. Trillion-dollar bills and immunity from political attack will be a thing of the past.
▪️ The Republican Congress will apparently roll back the anti-Trump investigation into the storming of the Capitol and, possibly, will check the foreign business connections of Biden's son Hunter. It is possible that the case will come to impeachment, but Biden's removal is likely to stumble over the Republicans' lack of a majority in 2/3 of the Senate.
▪️ A number of Republican candidates question the justification for large-scale assistance to Ukraine. In this regard, the Democrats are considering the possibility of allocating another $ 50 billion to Kyiv before the change of power in Congress.
▪️ Political scientists believe that the main prerequisite for a republican revenge is dissatisfaction with the state of the economy — a record inflation in 40 years, the risk of a recession, higher lending rates and rising unemployment.
▪️ The first sections will open at 5 am (13 Moscow time). More than 40 million of the nearly 170 million registered voters have already voted early, in person or by mail.
▪️ The night and even several days after the election may not reveal the winner, especially where the candidates will go side by side. Due to the peculiarities of the processing of mail-in ballots, "blue or red mirages" are possible — a temporary distortion of the results in favour of Democrats or Republicans.

Ankara offered its storage capacity for Russian grain
Turkey expects Russia to use the country's storage capacity for its grain
ANKARA, November 8 - RIA Novosti. Russia can use Turkey's storage facilities as hubs for storing its grain, such a solution would be beneficial for both sides, said the head of the Turkish Flour Milling Federation (TUSAF), Eren Gunhan Ulusoy.
"Moscow plans to turn Turkey into a "grain centre". There are plans to store all products in Turkey and distribute them from here. This will be a great decision for our country," the official is quoted by the ekonomi.haber7 portal.
He noted that Turkey, with 8.5 million tons of licensed storage capacity, has sufficient infrastructure for such tasks. “In addition, with Turkey becoming a hub, freight prices will also decrease. An important step will be taken, both in terms of supply and in terms of price,” Ulusoy added.
On July 22, representatives of Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the UN signed a package of two documents in Istanbul. The first memorandum deals with the UN commitment to remove restrictions on the export of Russian fertilizers and agricultural products to world markets. The second defines the algorithm for the export of Ukrainian grain from the ports on the Black Sea. This package deal aims to ensure global food security.
At the end of last week, after the attack on the ships of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, Russia suspended participation in the grain deal, but after negotiations with Ankara and receiving written guarantees from Kyiv, it returned to the agreement. The agreement expires November 19th.

“They have to accept our rules here. [But by law, homosexuality is prohibited]. This is haram (sin). Do you know what is haram? [Yes. So do you think gay people are haraam?] Yes. Why is it haram? I'm not a strict Muslim, but it's haram because it hurts the mind": World Cup Ambassador to Qatar Khalid Salman, interview with ZDF for the start of the World Cup and outraged press secretary of the organizing committee, interrupting the interview.

Why there is a constant imposition of destructive patterns of behavior on the whole world and who is doing this and for what purpose?
Everything is done to turn things upside down to hide the truth. Why Serbia, Russia, Qatar and other countries cannot have their own opinion. Why are rotten Western politicians right and other countries wrong?
May the light help us to find a way out of the darkness.

Lukashenko said at the firewood chopping tournament, partly with humor, partly seriously: "We will chop wood for the Europeans. Let's help them for free. Putin promised them grain for free, and we gave them firewood. The Latvians there have already begun cutting benches for firewood. Therefore, if one of the Latvians wants to prepare firewood, it is very expensive there, then please, the teams come to us, we will allocate a place for them and let them cut dry firewood”.

Eurasianism.
Political ideologies and doctrines come and go, they have their time to be created, flourish, and then die off, and some of these ideologies play their part in history, and left their mark, for good or ill, some ideologies that are starting to pop up now will leave a massive impact.
Eurasianism is one of these.
Eurasianism states that Russia, as a concept, country, and identity, is separate from the European civilization that is out west, while, obviously not being the same cloth of the Yellow civilizations of the east.
Russia is a frontier civilization, it was one of what I would prefer to call "the contact line" nations, that is, they were the border regions between the so-called white Europe, and everything else, Spain, the Balkans, and Russia fit into this category, as the Spanish dealt with Moors and Muslims, the Balkans with Muslims (and it is obvious even after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, especially between Croatia and Serbia), and Russia, which obviously had Muslims and Asians as neighbors.
Eurasianism started back during the 1920s, but then it fell off and died, and now after the establishment of the Russian Federation, it has been resurrected, and thankfully not in a method that would cause brain death, the ideology that has been nurtured by Dugin is, at least, much healthier and pleasent than others in the Russian political sphere.
Neo-Eurasianism states that Russia is closer to Asia than to Europe, now anyone would think that's retarded, the Russians are "white", they're "christian", and they're definitely not "backward savages."
But people tend to forget that Russia, to put it bluntly, was for most of European history, alongside the Slavs of the Balkans, considered to be the niggers of Europe, and even if you go by race, the Anglo sided with the Ottomans and the Japanese against the Russian, the French himself created the largest "coalition of the willing" to march on Moscow during the 1800s, where is this mythical white unity I hear about?
The ideology of Eurasianism has more historical merit than people who are hyper fixated on blood and base themselves solely on this, and it has more merit than godless, cosmopolitan communists.
Dugin envisions that the Old world, that is, the Islamic, Asian, and Russian, alongside the global south, create a multipolarity world, are directly against the American and it's Trans-Atlantic, liberal allies, for me this is a big W, personally, the reason I would deal with the Russian more than the American is that the Russian is not trying to lecture me about my own internal affairs and instruct his Pravda to blast off at me, it is a relationship built on mutual benefit that has respectable standards, this is what Eurasianism wants.
