The UN Security Council did not adopt a resolution on US biolaboratories in Ukraine. Russia and China voted in favor. The US, France, and the UK opposed, and 9 countries abstained.

A member of the Chinese delegation believes that Russia's decision to launch an investigation is justified, legitimate, and should not be blocked. According to Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN Dmitry Polyansky, Western delegations sabotaged the negotiation process of the draft resolution.

The Ministry of Defence confirmed that 107 soldiers returned from Ukrainian captivity after negotiations

MOSCOW, November 3 - RIA Novosti. More than 100 fighters of the Russian army have returned from Ukrainian captivity, the Defence Ministry said.
"On November 3, as a result of the negotiation process, 107 Russian servicemen were returned from the territory controlled by the Kyiv regime, who were in mortal danger in captivity," the ministry said.
All those released by military transport aircraft will be taken to Moscow for treatment and rehabilitation. They are provided with the necessary medical and psychological assistance, the Defence Ministry added.
Denis Pushilin, acting head of the DPR, announced another exchange of prisoners with Ukraine earlier. He clarified that the exchange will take place according to the formula "107 to 107", among the released 65 people - from the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics.
The last large-scale exchange of prisoners between Russia and Ukraine took place on October 29. Then, 50 people were returned from the territories controlled by Kyiv.
