🇺🇸🇷🇺The United States has created a special center in Ukraine for work on biological weapons.
This was told in the Russian Defense Ministry at a briefing on American biological laboratories in Ukraine.
In recent years alone, Washington has spent more than $350 million on projects of the Ukrainian Scientific and Technological Center (UNTC).
Its tasks were to create biological weapons and economically significant infections based on African swine fever, avian influenza pathogens.
Work was also carried out with the pathogens of anthrax and plague.
The work of the UNTC was carried out on the territory of Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Azerbaijan.
The curators of the center were citizens of the United States and EU countries, and the State Department and the Pentagon downloaded the research.
In total, the network of UNTC consisted of more than 30 laboratories, but after the start of the Russian operation, Washington withdrew all institutions from the territory of Ukraine.

❗️During the special operation in Ukraine, it was established that US scientists from a laboratory in Merefa (Kharkov Region) were testing potentially dangerous biological drugs on patients of the regional clinical psychiatric hospital No 3 in Kharkov between 2019 and 2021.
▫️Persons with mental disorders were selected for the experiments on the basis of their age, nationality and immune status. Special forms were used to record the results of 24-hour patient monitoring. Well, we are not going to make money from our channel, the only aim of it is to supply information to those English-speaking people, who are not totally influenced by the frenzy of the anti-Russian propaganda and are trying to find truth on their own. We can afford spending an hour or two a day, translating and selecting sources, that we consider truthful enough.
To find unbiased sources in the West info-space is very difficult, as the majority of official Russian sources are banned from the English segment of of the mass media. I have been living for a long time in one of the western countries, and I have many friends there. I know, that many people out there are nice, kind and deeply moral. They were brought up in a way, that they are still trusting their governments and are taking anything that comes from TV for a truth. Well, they are naive. It is an info-war, and the first casualty in any war is the truth.
They honestly and sincerely would want to help those poor Ukrainians and prevent war and the suffering of the innocent. But they are blinded and deafened by a very sophisticated and well funded propaganda machine of the collective West, run by the directives from the USA elites, that are following their agenda.
For us, there is no business, just being very personal.
