Well, generals in Moscow may not worry about just a company (about 100 soldiers) of RossGuards who were supposed to police Balakleya, but had to defend it against a serious offensive (by some sources - 9000 troops) of the Ukrainian Army.

Generals don't do companies and battalions. It is so well familiar from the epoch of the Soviet Union and even Russian Empire...
