When Ukrainian civilians are becoming victims of the "collateral damage", all attention will be on that sad fact, not just from Ukrainian media, (may be least from the Ukrainian media), not only by the European press, but from Russian channels as well. Russian bloggers will at least call to "honestly admit mistakes" or even "ask for answers" (I wonder who?).
However, the regular death toll occurring in the Donbass and on the recently liberated territories, like Kherson does not cause almost any media reaction; what is important, among the majority of so called "pro-Russian channels" as well. In the Ukrainian channels - there is only one possible interpretation - "they are shelling themselves..." though they are officially still remaining "Ukrainians".
Or may be it is just my aberration?

βοΈ On August 14, the "Azov Brain Rot" documentary premiered. The film features exclusive footage and eyewitness accounts, as well as filmed testimonials by captured Azov militants and foreign mercenaries who surrendered in Mariupol. In addition, the film contains expert commentary and accounts of the civilians who were tortured and humiliated by neo-Nazis.
The documentary elaborates on the ideology of nationalist battalions as well as their neo-pagan beliefs and the widespread use of Nazi symbols.
The filmβs creator, journalist, and television host Marina Kim visited the detention facilities where Azov members were being held captive in Yelenovka (DPR), days before the Ukrainian Army attack using a HIMARS multiple rocket launcher. The attack killed more than 50 prisoners of war.

A strong fire on the territory of the Shevchenko Instrument-Making Plant in Kharkov.
It is reported that no strikes were made on the object.
Knowing that it was a part of Ukrainian military infrastructure which was previously hit by the Russian missiles, it looks a lot like Russian sabotage.
Sabotage as a method was not used by the Russian army so far in the operation. However, after Ukrainians have (successfully) used it in Crimea, there is no stopping point. Russians are, actually very good at sabotage operations, just recall Partizan movement during the WW2 (but Belorussian Partizans were the best).

Opinion from Oleg Tzarev:
The murder of Daria Dugina was planned only in relation to the journalist. Her father, public figure Alexander Dugin, was not of interest to the Ukrainian special services, TASS reports with reference to law enforcement agencies (I cannot verify this reference).
There is nothing surprising in this statement. Daria had very fruitful negotiations with Turkey through Erdogan's relatives. As we can see, this activity has not gone unnoticed.
The murder of Darya Dugina in Turkey was seen as a personal tragedy by many, including Erdogan and his family members. They killed a friend of the Erdogan family.
Alexander Dugin is loved and respected in Turkey. His idea of ββthe revival of the old empires, including the Russian and Turkish ones, was very close to Erdogan. In fact, Dugin was the author of the Turkish state ideology.
I think that the target for the terrorist attack was not chosen in Ukraine. It can be assumed that Daria's activities greatly interfered with British intelligence, which, for its part, built fruitful relations with Erdogan.
I believe that those who ordered the murder shot themselves in the foot. They consolidated Russian society, and, I hope, they will push the Russian leadership to take more decisive action in relation to Ukraine. There is reason to believe that what happened will force Turkey to take a fresh look at Ukraine and its leadership. This event will definitely not contribute to the improvement of the relations between Turkey and Ukraine.
That really adds a new perspective to the whole tragic story.

The daughter of the philosopher Alexander Dugin was under British sanctions.
That is an important detail, supporting the message from Oleg Tzarev.

US State Department spokesman Ned Price on the death of Daria Dugina: I have no doubt that the Russian side will conduct an investigation and also present its definite conclusions on this matter. All I can say is that Ukraine denies any involvement. For our part, we condemn violence against civilians anywhere.
