Arsen Popov, a 15-year-old resident of Mariupol, was awarded one of them. The brave boy carried wounded DPR fighters and civilians out of the shelling and destroyed houses, helped doctors and dismantled the rubble. He worked on a par with adults. According to the first deputy permanent representative of Russia, Dmitry Polyansky, both adults and children are included in the infamous list, the number of children has already reached 327. This poses a danger to their lives, he stressed. The organization confirmed receipt of the message and promised to study it.

The "Peacemaker" website publishes information about journalists, militias from the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics and other citizens, calling them traitors to their homeland and accusing them of allegedly threatening the national security of Ukraine. According to information received by the Foundation for the Fight against Repression, the portal has been publishing personal data of young children and adolescents for many years, the youngest of whom was born in 2012. This violates not only the norms of humanism, but also international law.
