The Ukrainian army will be able to leave Slavyansk and Kramatorsk, but it is not so easy to get to the nearest large city - Pavlograd. It is impossible to pass 200 kilometers on public roads with heavy equipment, and Russian aviation can disrupt any organized attempt to exit.

Experts predict that the Ukrainian army will hold on to Slavyansk and Kramatorsk to the last. Cities are of strategic importance, and the defeat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this area will de facto mean the destruction of the Ukrainian army as a single armed structure. On this, the army of Ukraine will probably cease to exist.
