Negotiations on this matter continued in Turkey for more than a month.

Regarding the withdrawal of troops from the Snake Island, which is presented as a "step of good will", all this is seen as part of behind-the-scenes agreements on the export of grain from Ukraine, negotiations on which have been dragging on for a long time in Turkey and progress on which was announced through the UN. There is not much faith in good will here.
