From a reliable source:

What else can be said about the tactics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They are trying to protect the professional military personnel with human shields of reservists by plantings them along the roads, among the settlements.

As familiar scouts told me, during the assault on the a village, such a barrier has let in the "armour"(tanks), but when the infantry came, they opened fire on it from small arms literally from every window of the village. The infantry had to roll back, and subsequently the artillery literally burned that square. Those few from the "barrier" who survived, threw down their weapons and tried to leave, having changed into civilian clothes. This was then told by the captured to the scouts themselves. They had no option to retreat from their positions - they would simply be shot by their own. The task of such a living barrier from the men recruited from the streets of Ukrainian cities is simply to detain our troops and give them the opportunity to work out their artillery.

I remember something similar in Syria on campaigns against ISIS and al-Nusra (both organizations are banned in the Russian Federation). Whether it was an advance in the desert or a battle for some settlement, after the assault, government forces always expected the appearance of a "jihad-mobile" with a suicide bomber at the wheel. Often such a vehicle was camouflaged in advance, sometimes letting the troops go forward, and sometimes the Arab "kamikaze" tried to swoop into the area of an unattached unit. And, unfortunately, not always he could be met by an ATGM or tank. I lost several of my friends because of such attacks. The terrorists conducted reconnaissance from a drone and corrected the route of the infernal machine, simultaneously filming all this for their propaganda stories. There, in the east, a "cult of death" was created. Those who prepared the "kamikaze" had to que to explode themselves. That is, the terrorist was still living, maybe he was working, doing something there in general. But in fact he was already "in the country of eternal hunting." When it was his turn, he was contacted and he went on his last journey in a car loaded with tons of explosives. It is absolutely clear that the brainwashing factory worked effectively there, especially for ISIS.

In Ukraine, of course, the scale and specifics are different. Here, instead of the "jihad-mobile", artillery inflicts damage on the attackers, and they try to tie them down with "cannon fodder". But the task is absolutely identical in its essence. Yes, and brainwashing as religious fanatics is not necessary. If a bitter hangover sets in after a cocktail of Ukrainian propaganda, the fear of being shot by a "blocking detachment" simply works.

For anyone who has the nerve to tell me that we need to pay for water have a read, at first I thought this was funny....
Then I realised the awful truth of it. Be sure to read all the way to the end! Think bin taxes need to be added in too.

Tax his land,
Tax his bed,
Tax the table
At which he's fed.

Tax his work,
Tax his pay,
He works for peanuts
Anyway!

Tax his cow,
Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.

Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he
Tries to think.

Tax his car,
Tax his gas,
Find other ways
To tax his ass.

Tax all he has
Then let him know
That you won't be done
Till he has no dough.

When he screams and hollers;
Then tax him some more,
Tax him till
He's good and sore.

Then tax his coffin,
Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in
Which he's laid.

When he's gone,
Do not relax,
It's time to apply
The inheritance tax.

Accounts Receivable Tax
Airline surcharge tax

STILL THINK THIS IS FUNNY?

Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago, & our nation was one of the most prosperous in the world... We had absolutely no national debt, had a large middle class,a huge manufacturing base, and Mum stayed home to raise the kids.

What in the Hell happened? Could it be the lying parasitic politicians wasting our money?
Oh, and don't forget the relatively new bank charges....
And we all know what we think of Bankers.

The well-known Russian writer, former deputy battalion commander of the DPR Army, Zakhar Prilepin, talks about how collective Europe will throw Ukrainians into the dustbin of history, having played enough, as has happened before.

“The fact that the ‘principled position’ of Erdogan, who for some time did not allow the Swedes and Finns to join NATO, is just trade and nothing more — immediately, from the very first minute he began to say all this, it was written here, and in other places: it was clear to all sane people that Erdogan was a cunning fox.

And so the Swedes and Finns surrendered the Kurds to Erdogan.

But they courted the Kurds for years, opened their representative offices, had budgets for them and spent them generously. The Kurds, like naïve children, felt needed and protected.

Now we need to talk not so much about Erdogan, everything is clear with him, but to tirelessly remind:

Europe has no subjectivity. It doesn't respect itself. The Finnish and Swedish political leaders were told from the USA: “Do as you are told, betray who needs to be betrayed, make a decision without taking into account the opinion of your own, and even more so of foreign peoples,” and they did everything.

It looks disgusting, but for us there is good news here.

Europe forgets and betrays everyone. There were Kurds as freedom fighters - and there are no Kurds, they are fed to Erdogan.

The day before yesterday, Europe believed that nature knows nothing better than the Chechen people and Chechen resistance. Now they have forgotten about it forever.

Yesterday they believed that the Venezuelans were on the way to an early liberation from despotism. Now they are even bored to remember it.

The day after tomorrow they will also be disappointed in the Ukrainians and betray them.

“You didn’t want to die for your freedom, all of you without exception - why should we feel sorry for you?”

And then they will start grimacing around some next small people, bringing this people a mess, shame, betrayal and death.

Facts and valuations of the missile attack on the Kremenchuk factory.
The hero of Azovstal Volyna is doing well, in case anyone was wondering. He even has a new friend now. The special operation "extraction" of the SBU, GUR and Zelensky personally continues.🤡

I couldn't quarrel and demand something from the ‘Azov’ Regiment, because I was afraid I would lose what we had.’ Prisoner of war the commander of the Ukrainian Marines Volynsky Sergey, known as Volyna, told about the privileged position of the ’Azov’ fighters and the unfair division of food during the siege of ‘Azovstal’.

While the hole world is discussing what has happened in Kremenchug shopping mall, many things are slipping away unnoticed.

For instance
that:
⚡️❗️As a result of the Ukrainian shelling of the liberated city of Popasnaya in the LPR, 6 employees of the local mobile operator Lugakom were killed, 4 were injured and 1 was missing.

During the Ukrainian shelling, specialists were engaged in repair and restoration work

However, there is no interest from anybody (apart from family members). Why? In both cases majority of the victims are Russian speaking Ukrainians. Or I misunderstood something? 🤔

Vice Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev explained why Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan eventually agreed to the entry of Sweden and Finland into NATO.

“Strong congratulations from US President Joe Biden on the signing by Finland, Sweden and Turkey of a trilateral memorandum paving the way for Scandinavians to NATO shows who exactly is behind this deal.

On the eve of the NATO summit, telephone conversations between the US and Turkish presidents took place, and an Associated Press source in the US administration generally admitted that Washington played a key role in the negotiation process between Ankara, Helsinki and Stockholm."

Yes, we had no doubts. Too much was at stake for Washington.

The demonstrative unity of the ranks and the further expansion of NATO have become not just an end in itself, but it seems the only way to counter the growing self-isolation of the alliance from the rest of the world.

The sophisticated Erdogan understood this very well, and therefore, as usual (for example, as in the situation with refugees to Europe), he used the situation to his advantage: the Finns and Swedes were simply forced to accept his demands.

Although they have recently proudly made statements on the topic “we cannot give up principles” - “it is very important for us, after applying for NATO membership, to adhere to our values and principles on which we will not discuss” (Chairman of the Kurdish Friendship Group in the Swedish Parliament ).

But when Washington really needs it, then, as they say, it's not about principles.

And now it’s clear what is behind all this “voluntary” process of NATO expansion — about the same as behind the “voluntary” vote at the UN on anti-Russian resolutions: powerful pressure, blackmail and bribery for the sake of the desired picture of America’s “unanimous support” in the world, “solidity of ranks” and, above all, the fallacy of Russia's alleged calculations that NATO would weaken or split.

In fact, these are powerful arguments in favour of the line that Russia has taken towards Washington and Brussels: either firm security treaties, or our decisive actions to protect our interests.

Each of the next demonstrative gestures of the West - the long-term arming of Ukraine, the absorption of more and more new members into NATO, the decision to expand the military presence at our borders - these are the most weighty arguments in favour of the Russian special operation in Ukraine of all possible. Not vice versa.

NATO had a great chance to prevent the current development of events, while preserving the integrity of Ukraine, but the expansion and the “generic” anti-Russian nature of the alliance turned out to be more important than the lives of Ukrainians – and not only them.

Today, for the sake of this, the Kurds were also betrayed: the West is easy with this, as it was with the Afghans.

That's just his favourite monster - Ukraine - Western "Dr. Frankenstein" can not quit in any case.

Because then you will have to bear responsibility for all his crimes. And this is really an existential threat to the world order built on the dictates of one country,” Kosachev wrote.

The defeat of the 203-mm Pion on the island of Kuban in the Odessa region by the Russian military.
That thing was shooting at the Snake Island... Not any more.
And here comes confirmation of what we suggested previously: That is terroristic activities of Ukrainian special forces against civilian population of Russia and Ukraine.
Looking today at the information of the recent Russian missile strikes I have noticed, that now many of them are happening in a day time, not like previously - at night. Obviously, that will cause more casualties, including collateral. However, human resources are just military assets, following the harsh logic of war. It looks that Russians are gradually getting angrier.

Being a Man - it is not about "crazy, macho toxic masculinity". That is a very "woke" interpretation. However, classical definition of being a Man for me goes back to Rudyard Kipling's "If" :

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!

“First we’re going to deliver that material directly to the patient, because it’s very costly and there’s been lots of corruption. If the doctor doesn’t have a lucrative motivation, he will be happy to receive that material in the way that we prescribe,” Mr Filippenko said. “But sometimes when they realise we want to speak with the patient and won’t just deliver aid in bulk, they tell us not to come.”
