Necessary comment: "Point-U" or Tochka-U is an outdated Soviet era missile and is being used ONLY by Ukrainian army.

Zelensky in his Telegram hastened to blame the Russians for the attack on Kramatorsk.

Obviously, the president was not informed that the Tochka U complexes are in service only with the Ukrainian military.
