We have previously posted text transcription of Lavrov answering to an insulting question of an Ukrainian journalist at a press conference in interpretation of British Guardian. Well, good answer. However, I had some doubts... And was right. In a video it is clear, that Lavrov did not say "Ukrainians", just "you", as a personal address. "Ukrainians" appeared in [ ] in the Guardian's interpretation. You may ask - what is the difference? Well, Lavrov as a highly educated and and well-mannered man even ambushed by a rude and unexpected question could not explicitly or implicitly call thieves the whole people of Ukraine... However, not so well-mannered Guardian editors decided to put here a fake.😡

"Justice has been served": The head of the DPR - on the imposition of a death sentence on foreign mercenaries
06/09/2022 - 21:00
The head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, commented on the verdict of the Supreme Court of the DPR on three foreign mercenaries, and also spoke about the preparations for a tribunal against neo-Nazis, on the air of the socio-political talk show "The Great Game" on Russian Channel One.
According to the leader of the Republic, the trial of two citizens of Great Britain and a citizen of Morocco took place within the framework of the legislation in force in the DPR.
“Lawyers were provided, the prosecutor’s office acted as a prosecutor,” Denis Pushilin said.
He added that they were charged with crimes classified as grave and especially grave, and therefore the decision of the Supreme Court "was predictable", given the "number of crimes, the severity of the crimes that were committed by these individuals."
The head of the DPR said that a lot of evidence of the illegal actions of these foreign citizens was obtained from their social networks.
“They boasted to many, believing that they would forever go unpunished for their crimes. But here justice, I believe, has triumphed,” Denis Pushilin stressed.
Denis Pushilin noted that, according to the Constitution of the DPR, the mercenaries have a month to appeal the verdict. In addition, he confirmed that, according to the basic law of the Republic, he has the right to pardon. And the decision on its use in this case will be made based on public opinion.
He stated that the authorities of Great Britain and Morocco showed no interest in the trial and did not make any attempts to protect their citizens.
“It seems that they do not care about the fate of their citizens. No appeals have been recorded at the moment,” the leader of the Republic emphasized.
In addition, Denis Pushilin shared plans to hold a tribunal over the Azov fighters.
“It is planned to hold a tribunal over neo-Nazis, citizens of Ukraine, primarily over the Azov battalion. And as I said, now both the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are taking an active position, preparing all the relevant documents. Everything is being prepared for the first intermediate stage of the tribunal,” the head of the DPR said.
He added that the tribunal will be held before the end of the summer, as there is a public demand for it. Denis Pushilin also noted that there is a certain pressure aimed at preventing a fair trial of members of Azov.
“We will all survive. Let's bear the pressure. For us, the position of citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic, residents of Russia, who support us, is more important. And here we plan to rely on this, rather than on the opinions, requests, calls and other things of the Western elites, Western leaders,” the Head of the DPR summed up.

The UK is concerned about the death sentence for British mercenaries in the DPR.
This was stated by Foreign Minister Liz Truss during a conversation with the press.
"We consider them prisoners of war and will work on their release through Kiev," the minister said.
Those sentenced to execution — Sean Pinner and Aiden Aslin were accused of mercenary activities. Both have already appealed to Prime Minister Johnson about the exchange.
However, they were refused, since "they should not have been in Ukraine" and in general "Kiev should be engaged in their release.
I really wonder, how she can do that?

🇺🇦🇩🇪Germany again postponed the shipment of weapons to Ukraine.
The transfer of modern M270 MLRS and Iris-T air defense systems to Kiev will not happen before winter, writes German Business Insider.
Berlin quickly found an explanation for the new transfer of delivery — "systems need new software."
Naturally, this can only be corrected at German enterprises.
On the eve it turned out that Germany has been almost not helping Kiev with weapons since the beginning of May and is blocking any possibility of its transfer to Ukraine.
The response to the "liver sausage" was not long in coming.
