Elena Shishkina, chairman of the committee on criminal and administrative legislation of the People's Council of the DPR, said that an interim tribunal over Ukrainian militants would be held in Mariupol.

According to her, “it will be very logical” if the tribunal takes place on the territory of the DPR.
“The interim, in particular, the Mariupol tribunal, will be held in the city of Mariupol,” RIA Novosti quotes her.
Shishkina also said that instructors from NATO countries and foreign mercenaries would be in the dock of an international tribunal.
The head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, said that the necessary materials for the first tribunal over Ukrainian servicemen detained at Azovstal had already been prepared.
Prior to this, Pushilin said that the trial of the military personnel of Ukraine would be held in an open form.
