At the time of the end of the SMO, no matter where our armed forces stopped geographically at that moment, be it on the borders of the New Republics, in Kiev, or beyond Lvov — none of these provisions guarantees us that the war will not start again after any period of time : one, two, ten years.

No geographic point or end-of-hostilities guarantees the duration of peace, just as no agreement guarantees it.

There will be only a temporary truce, which our enemies (and they will remain exactly the same) will use to prepare for the next war, in which they will strike, taking into account the experience of the SMO.
The whole world is watching us today.

Therefore, for me personally, victory is not equal to the end of hostilities.

Victory will consist in acquiring a real and constant combat readiness of our armed forces to effectively repel any threat in the future.

I emphasize, in real combat readiness.
Not on slides and not in photo reports.

In creating an ideology that is understandable and simple for every citizen and an image of the future which we will all strive for. In rallying our multinational people around a clear, understandable and simple idea.

And for this, based on the results of the SMO in the army and other structures, conclusions should be drawn and changes should be made. Radical changes.

It's no secret that the SMO, especially the beginning of the operation, revealed a huge layer of problems not only in the army. In ideology, in power, in society, in the way of thinking and self-awareness of citizens.
