"Russia has practically stopped to suffer losses during a special military operation in Ukraine, this is the result of a change in the approach to carrying out combat operations," Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense, Colonel-General Andrey Kartapolov.

"We have practically stopped losing people. The last figures, which were published by the Ministry of Defense in March, were 1,351 people killed. Since then, the data has not been announced by the Ministry of Defense and I will explain why. Currently, of course, there are wounded, but there are no such number of dead. And this is the result of a change in the approach to the tactics of warfare," Kartapolov said.

FM Lavrov: Operation in Ukraine is taking so much time mainly because Russian military has been ordered to avoid any attacks or strikes at civilian facilities. This is why we are proceeding differently from🇺🇦army & neo-Nazi battalions that are using civilians as human shields.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 "Caliber" flew in through the Beskydy tunnel.

This is the largest tunnel built in Ukraine since 1991. Laid in the Carpathian mountains. Length - 2 kilometers. This is the only tunnel in the Carpathians in the Western direction. Before the war, up to 60% of cargo transit to Western and Central Europe passed through it.

Given that the object is permanent, more powerful missiles may be required there to thoroughly close it. But let's wait for the results of the "Calibration" - perhaps the target was not the tunnel itself, but some objects next to it, such as warehouses or a train with equipment.

🇷🇺🇺🇦Self-propelled guns "Msta-S" work in the warehouses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
Today is the anniversary of the Ukrainian airstrike on the Luhansk Regional State Administration in 2014.

This airstrike had no military significance, since armed clashes took place in another area of the city. The target of the airstrike was obviously a civilian object, so it was a purely punitive action, in fact, an act of state terrorism.
The whole of Russia observed the cannibalistic reaction of Ukrainian society to the airstrike with a lot of "humorous" comments about the "explosion of the air conditioner" and mockery of the dead ("fried colorades") – mind that then Kiev considered the territory of the LPR to be its own, and its population to be citizens of Ukraine.
"Finland will not extradite Kurds from the Kurdistan Workers' Party and members of the FETO organization to Turkey, whom Ankara considers to be terrorists and demands to be extradited," said Johan Kvarnstrom, a member of the Finnish parliament and chairman of the Kurdish Friendship Group.

The cunning Turks' plan has broken the expansion of NATO.

The armed Forces of the Russian Federation act as delicately as possible during a special operation, refusing to neutralize certain strategic objects.

This is done only when they liberate their territory. Then they try to minimize losses among the population and infrastructure. They spare the population, because it is their own population. And the infrastructure, because then we will have to restore it ourselves.

However, there may still be some events in which Russia's tactics may change, which will have an extremely negative impact on the situation in Ukraine. Russia is launching missile strikes mainly against military targets and facilities, carrying out the demilitarization of Ukraine.

During the operation, strategically important infrastructure was practically not affected, the neutralization of which would plunge Ukraine into chaos. The Russian Federation, adhering to the strategy, reserved this trump card, apparently, in case the West crossed some red lines. This concerns the supply of certain modern types of weapons and the direct participation of NATO countries in military operations.

The Russian army did not work on electrical substations that supply large cities. Bridges, tunnels, substations — their locations are clear and well known. Moreover, it will not be necessary to use nuclear weapons. If a decision is made to deliver such powerful strikes, Ukraine will plunge into chaos, and within a week or two a humanitarian catastrophe will occur in the country. Ukraine will plunge into the Stone Age. I saw what happened in Lugansk when the electricity was cut off there. It was a horror. But then Russia stretched its electric cables, supplied humanitarian aid. The territories are not that big, and it was possible to do it. In the case of Ukraine, a nationwide power outage is catastrophic.

All these capabilities remain in reserve for the Russian army. In this case, Ukraine will not just plunge into darkness, the work of all enterprises will stop, there will be no heat, no water, no light, no communication. Such a scenario will be implemented only in certain and extreme cases.

So far, Moscow is not ready for such harsh actions, because it acts as carefully and delicately as possible. The West, in turn, adheres to certain rules. Apparently, there are still some framework agreements, and there is a dialogue between the parties through some channels, since the parties limit the scale of military operations.

At the same time, the switch that will plunge Ukraine into chaos is in the hands of Russia. They don't talk about it out loud, but everyone understands it. https://t.me/olegtsarov/2133

Elena Shishkina, chairman of the committee on criminal and administrative legislation of the People's Council of the DPR, said that an interim tribunal over Ukrainian militants would be held in Mariupol.
The DNR said that the intermediate tribunal over the Ukrainian militants will be held in Mariupol

According to her, “it will be very logical” if the tribunal takes place on the territory of the DPR.

“The interim, in particular, the Mariupol tribunal, will be held in the city of Mariupol,” RIA Novosti quotes her.

Shishkina also said that instructors from NATO countries and foreign mercenaries would be in the dock of an international tribunal.

The head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, said that the necessary materials for the first tribunal over Ukrainian servicemen detained at Azovstal had already been prepared.

Prior to this, Pushilin said that the trial of the military personnel of Ukraine would be held in an open form.
