Ukraine assured the United States that it would use the HIMARS MLRS only for defensive purposes, said the deputy head of the Pentagon.

Today is the anniversary of the Ukrainian airstrike on the Luhansk Regional State Administration in 2014.
This airstrike had no military significance, since armed clashes took place in another area of the city. The target of the airstrike was obviously a civilian object, so it was a purely punitive action, in fact, an act of state terrorism.
