Another exchange of prisoners of war
Today, representatives of Russia and Ukraine carried out another exchange of prisoners of war in the border area, this time according to the formula "45 to 45".
The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation reported that all the released were provided with the necessary medical and psychological assistance, and later they would be delivered to the medical institutions of the department.
Ukraine was issued 41 privates and sergeants, two officers, one employee of the "Territorial Defence" and a certain employee of "Azovstal". Most of them surrendered last spring in Mariupol, as well as in the Kharkov, Bakhmut and Zaporozhye directions.
The previous exchange took place almost a month ago, on June 11: then 94 Russian servicemen returned to their homeland, and 95 members of Ukrainian formations departed in the opposite direction.

I thank the fighters of the BARS-11 volunteer detachment and the command of the "Tsar's Wolves" unit in the Zaporozhye region, personally Colonel Artur Batsev (call sign "Pyton") for their courage. Our guys had to get the Storm Shadow materiel from the "grey zone" of the line of contact under shelling. The enemy tried to prevent us from capturing such a trophy and delivering it to the "mainland" by sending his reconnaissance group to intercept, but the guys coped with the task and just reported to me the result. Well done!
I hope that the "trepanation" of the control system of this missile will allow specialists of the Russian military-industrial complex to quickly find an antidote for our air defence and pacify the British-French storm.

The Russian side stated that the weapons supplied to the Ukrainian authorities and the personnel serving them are considered as legitimate targets to be destroyed. It was also emphasized that in order to avoid negative consequences, the United States should take real steps to immediately withdraw its military personnel, stop supplying weapons and providing real-time coordinates to units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to strike at the locations of the Russian Armed Forces, as well as civilians.
It has been made very clear to the American side that such actions, complicit in massive war crimes committed by Ukrainian forces, are supported by objective evidence that refutes the standard arrogant explanations at the official level. I think Western Intelligence were using AI to scrape social media to gauge public perception of the ZNPP/Ukraine, to see if the public were buying their Russian sabotage PSYOP.
What they found was that the public logically pieced together that Ukraine/Deep State are the ones who benefit from the potential sabotage, as their goal is to convince NATO to takeover the war and drag the US directly into conflict with Russia, because the counter-offensive was a catastrophe and the Ukrainian military failed.
Nobody was buying Zelensky’s claims. Even the IAEA went out of their way to tell us that these claims of Russian-planted explosives were unverified.
I think Western Intelligence saw that the public were not buying their PSYOP attempt, and AI judged that they couldn’t successfully pull it off because the data they scraped showed that the public were too keen to their plot. Thus Budanov claiming the threat has magically disappeared.
In other words, I think public awareness might have just prevented Chernobyl 2.0.
Regardless of if this is what actually happened or not, one thing is for certain; citizen journalists are dominating in the Information War right now. We are taking Western propaganda and dismantling it in quick succession. The enemy have lost their stranglehold on the narrative and thus public perception.
