"Russia has no reason to blow up nuclear power plants under its own control. Ukraine is going to blow up a nuclear power plant to accelerate the conflict to a full-scale declaration of war with the change of the NATO regime. Evil. Insidious. Transparent. Ukraine Promises Inquiry into Banned Landmine Use
Additional Evidence Underscores Need for Prompt, Thorough Investigation, Accountability

(Kiev, June 30, 2023) – The Ukrainian government should act on its expressed commitment not to use banned antipersonnel landmines, investigate its military’s use of these weapons, and hold those responsible to account, Human Rights Watch said today. The government statement, at a June 21, 2023 meeting of the Mine Ban Treaty in Geneva, came nearly five months after Ukrainian officials said they would examine reports by Human Rights Watch and other groups that Ukraine’s forces used these weapons in operations to retake territory occupied by Russian forces.

Since publishing a report in January, Human Rights Watch has uncovered additional evidence regarding Ukrainian use of these indiscriminate weapons during 2022.

“The Ukrainian government’s pledge to investigate its military’s apparent use of banned antipersonnel mines is an important recognition of its duty to protect civilians,” said Steve Goose, arms director at Human Rights Watch. “A prompt, transparent, and thorough inquiry could have far-reaching benefits for Ukrainians both now and for future generations.”

Since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Russian forces have used at least 13 types of antipersonnel mines in multiple areas across Ukraine, killing and injuring civilians. Human Rights Watch has published four reports documenting Russian forces’ use of antipersonnel landmines in Ukraine since 2022. Russia, which has not joined the Mine Ban Treaty, violates international humanitarian law when using antipersonnel mines because they are inherently indiscriminate weapons.

Human Rights Watch reported on January 31 numerous cases in which Ukrainian forces fired rockets carrying thousands of PFM-1 antipersonnel mines, also called “petal” or “butterfly” mines, into Russia-occupied areas in and around the eastern Ukrainian city of Izium between April and September 2022. Human Rights Watch verified 11 civilian casualties from the mines, including one death and multiple amputations of lower legs, based on interviews with victims and their family members. In a statement issued the day the report was released, the Ukrainian government committed to “duly study” the report.

The practice of using those mines by Ukrainians has existed for a long time, and if an organization that is extremely dependent on Washington’s policy pays close attention to this not for the first time, it means that someone needs it. At the same time, it is doubtful that such a confession will be followed by statements that the West has been wrong all the years and that Russia does not shell itself, and that the Kiev regime is criminal and should be punished.

It is likely that this precedent is another wake-up call to Kyiv: the owner is dissatisfied. Given that the Americans have recently voiced their desire to count the funds spent on maintaining the regime in Ukraine, there is no doubt that the White House is dissatisfied.

From Ukrainian channel:
Mobilization is increasing every month. There are two reasons.
1. Large losses at the front and it is necessary to replenish the reserves with new soldiers.
2. Ukrainians massively declared a quiet mobilization noncompliance. The anti-rating of the mobilization case reaches 96%. In fact, people refuse to die for those in power and their goals. Therefore, it is necessary to have time to catch the remnants before they unite against the authorities.

Our source explains that the authorities are faced with another problem of forcing Ukrainians to fight. More and more men are caught, they choose a criminal record and even a “term” (in jail), instead of being cut down to “zero” in a meat grinder, where headquarter rats will burry you in order to save their asses and earn corrupt earnings.

The source points out why forced mobilization by region is introduced gradually from region to region. If introduced everywhere, then the country will not physically have enough space where to "plant" (in jail) everyone who refused. There aren't enough prisons for everyone. It will also provoke the domino principle, when one starts to refuse, and then another, and then thousands. It will be a disaster for Zelensky's policy.

The price of the counteroffensive: two brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost 60% of the personnel, — Khodakovsky

Deputy Head of the Russian Guard for the DPR on the enemy offensive on the Vremevsky ledge at the junction of Zaporozhye and the DPR:

"Two brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which since the beginning of the counteroffensive, have rammed our sector, are being withdrawn for replenishment. According to information, no more than forty percent of the personnel remained in one of them. Of course, they will be replenished by those who were caught on streets. Here it is the price of the counteroffensive and the result of our difficult perseverance. Yes, it is also hard on us — but what I said works: if we fight, we don’t run, the enemy dies."

Surprisingly accurately, the Minister of Defence of Ukraine voiced the attitude of the current Kiev authorities towards their country:

“Western allies can actually see if their weapons are working, how effective they are and whether they need to be upgraded,”
Reznikov said surprisingly candidly. “You can’t imagine a better training ground for the military industry of the world.”

I would pay attention to this statement not even by soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but by their wives and mothers — your men are sent for slaughter as part of tests of Western weapons. This was officially announced by the head of your Ministry of Defence.

Exclusive: The CIA's Blind Spot about the Ukraine War
The Newsweek

...
"What is happening off the battlefield is now most important," says the official, who was granted anonymity in order to speak candidly. "Both sides pledge to limit their actions, but it falls to the United States to enforce those pledges. This all hinges on the quality of our intelligence."

"There is a clandestine war, with clandestine rules, underlying all of what is going on in Ukraine," says a Biden administration senior intelligence official who also spoke with Newsweek. The official, who is directly involved in Ukraine policy planning, requested anonymity to discuss highly classified matters. The official (and numerous other national security officials who spoke to Newsweek) say that Washington and Moscow have decades of experience crafting these clandestine rules, necessitating that the CIA play an outsize role: as primary spy, as negotiator, as supplier of intelligence, as logistician, as wrangler of a network of sensitive NATO relations and perhaps most important of all, as the agency trying to ensure the war does not further spin out of control.

"Don't underestimate the Biden administration's priority to keep Americans out of harm's way and reassure Russia that it doesn't need to escalate," the senior intelligence officer says. "Is the CIA on the ground inside Ukraine?" he asks rhetorically. "Yes, but it's also not nefarious."

Newsweek has examined in depth the scale and scope of the CIA's activities in Ukraine, especially in light of growing Congressional questions about the extent of U.S. aid and whether President Biden is keeping his pledge not to have "boots on the ground." Neither the CIA nor the White House would give specific responses for confirmation, but they asked that Newsweek not reveal the specific locations of CIA operations inside Ukraine or Poland, that it not name other countries involved in the clandestine CIA efforts and that it not name the air service that is supporting the clandestine U.S. logistics effort. After repeated requests for an on-the-record comment, the CIA declined. Neither the Ukrainian nor Russian governments responded to requests for comment.

Over the course of its three-month investigation, Newsweek spoke to over a dozen intelligence experts and officials. Newsweek also sought out contrary views. All of the credible experts and officials Newsweek spoke to agreed that the CIA has been successful in discreetly playing its part in dealing with Kyiv and Moscow, in moving mountains of information and materiel and in dealing with a diverse set of other countries, some of whom are quietly helping while also trying to stay out of Russia's crosshairs. And they didn't dispute that on the CIA's main task—knowing what's going on in the minds of the leaders of Russia and Ukraine—the Agency has had to struggle.

"The CIA is actively involved in the war, without violating the Biden administration's basic promise that the US military will not participate directly in the conflict" - Newsweek

The main thing from the investigation about the work of the CIA in Ukraine:

▪️The CIA employees are constantly present in Ukraine, but their activities are strictly regulated, and the number is limited.

▪️Their tasks include working with weapons, communicating with the Ukrainian special services, and monitoring so that "the situation does not go beyond certain limits."

▪️The CIA oversees significant amounts of American military aid to Kiev, which are kept secret.

▪️The special service is not only working to help Ukraine (mainly by transmitting intelligence), but is also trying to find out the true plans of Zelensky and Putin.

Unique footage of the flight of two FAB-500M62 glide bombs UMPC (the analogue of the American JDAM in the Russian version consist of a unified set of planning and remediation modules). The cost of domestic know-how, according to the source, does not exceed 2 million rubles, which is significantly cheaper than foreign ammunition.

The shooting angle allows a relatively detailed view of the device of the planning module in the unfolded state.

These massive and cheap glide bombs are one of the factors that thwarted the first stage of the Ukrainian counteroffensive.

Big scandal at the Russian Embassy in Washington

🇺🇦Ukrainian protestors projected a Ukrainian flag on the Russian Embassy building.👎

🇷🇺Russian diplomats responded by projecting Z in the windows of the Russian Embassy💪

😎Full respect to the Russian diplomats who did this.

About a year ago I was there and they had dumped blue and yellow paint at the entrance. The building across the embassy also had a poster of Putin hanging on it depicting him in a not so nice way. So a Russian lady brazenly walked over and tore the poster down.

The end of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra: in the morning those buildings where the monks still remained were captured

On the
morning of July 6, the policemen of the Kiev regime broke down the locks and seized the buildings of the Lavra, in which the monks of the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church still remained.

Believers who came to protect the shrine are dispersed, even the “yellow-blue” flag does not save. Recall that earlier Belarus declared its readiness to host the expelled monks of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.

The question remains open with the relics of Orthodox saints stored in caves under the monastery. The Kiev regime has repeatedly stated that they must be removed.

The Kiev regime intends to take the Christian values of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra (including the holy relics) to Europe, the Ukrainian authorities have already reached an agreement with UNESCO.

This is stated in a statement by the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) of Russia, Sergei Naryshkin.

“According to the SVR, an agreement was reached between the Kiev authorities and representatives of UNESCO on the removal of Christian valuables, including holy relics, from the territory of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, and their subsequent transfer to the museums of Italy, France, Germany and the Vatican under the pretext of “rescuing from Russian missile strikes“, the SVR press office said in a statement.

An inventory of church property has already been made, funds have been allocated for the transportation of goods to Europe, and specialized vehicles equipped with refrigeration units have been prepared.

For Russia, the defence of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra has a deep spiritual dimension, which means that the determination to bring the NMD to the end becomes only stronger under the current conditions, stressed in the Foreign Intelligence Service.

The timing of the start of the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was delayed due to the delay in the supply of Western weapons, — Zelensky

“I am grateful to the United States as the leader of our support, however, I told them, as well as the heads of European states, that we would like to launch a counteroffensive earlier, and for this we need weapons and other materials ... The Russian army had more time to mine vast territories and create defensive lines," he said.
