🇷🇺Russian universities will teach in the old way.
The Ministry of Education and Science announced its withdrawal from the Bologna process.
"The future belongs to our own unique education system, which is based on the interests of the national economy and opportunities for every student," said Valery Falkov, head of the Ministry of Education and Science.
"The Bologna system does not bring good results and is not aimed at the quality of knowledge," said Mikhail Berulava, a State Duma deputy.
The Bologna system appeared in 1999 in Europe. It was supposed to unite educational standards, and make diplomas valid in all countries that signed the declaration.
Currently, students in 49 countries are studying under the Bologna programs.
▪️Training in the Bologna programs provides for a two-level system, including bachelor's and master's degrees.
Russia switched to new educational standards in September 2003, abandoning the classical Soviet higher education – specialty and postgraduate studies.
Over the years, all former Union republics joined the Bologna Process, except Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Since April 2022, Russia and Belarus have had a separate status – their membership has been suspended by the monitoring group due to the situation in Ukraine.

Nato 'doing literally nothing' to stop Russia, says Ukraine
Ukraine’s foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, accused Nato of “doing literally nothing” in the face of Russia’s invasion of his country.
Kuleba praised the EU for its “revolutionary” decisions to back Kyiv but said the Nato military alliance had been “completely sidelined”.
Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Kuleba said:
Nato as an alliance, as an institution, is completely sidelined and doing literally nothing. I’m sorry to say it.
He said that at the beginning of Russia’s war in Ukraine, “there was a public sentiment that Nato was the strong force and the EU was only capable of expressing various different levels of concern”, adding:
But war is always a test that takes the masks off.
Kuleba praised Brussels for its “revolutionary, groundbreaking decisions, which even they themselves did not expect to make”, and accepted that some Nato allies “are helping us”.
He also dismissed Moscow’s claim that it was ready to provide a humanitarian corridor for ships carrying food to leave Ukraine, in return for the lifting of some sanctions.

He told the audience at Davos:
You could not find a better example of a blackmail in international relations.
If anyone is buying it, I think there is a problem with that person, and we shouldn’t waste too much time trying to understand why that person is making that point.

#TransFormatorBuzzes:
Mythology of the “unbiased” journalism
Continued from https://t.me/TrFormer/1072
In the times of the military conflicts many concepts that were seemingly unchallengeable for many generations will suddenly be questioned and frequently – dismantled. So is the statement that journalism may be or should be unbiased.
The good news for UK is that the BBC does act and defend. But let's then forget that beautiful lie about "impartiality". Welcome to the world of propaganda warfare or accept yet another British value – hypocrisy to replace tolerance and implementation of the double standards instead of inclusiveness. All that is pretty much obvious to the population of the so called "developing countries" (which is a huge majority of the whole world population), including Russia. However in the UK it is supposed to be a well kept secret.
More over, "before 2014 the World service was funded with a grant from the Foreign Office". Then, "between 2016 and 2021, the government has contributed £378 millions, including £8 millions announced for 2021/2022 to fight disinformation around the world"; and since the beginning of the military actions in Ukraine £4 millions more were requested, no doubt, that they will be granted.
The purpose of all that emergency funding is to "to help it continue bringing independent, impartial and accurate news to people in Ukraine and Russia in the face of increased propaganda from the Russian state" . And further on the Culture Secretary Nadine Dorries said: "The BBC will ensure that audiences in the region can continue to access independent news reporting in the face of systemic propaganda from a dictator waging war on European soil."
Just look at it, she already in a very unbiased manner has branded somebody a "dictator". It does not matter, that hundreds of millions of people (at least) across the world may have different view on the issue.
In a similar move the European Union has allocated €8 million to Moldova “to strengthen Moldova’s resilience to cyberattacks and misinformation”. “The money is expected to be used to strengthen the cybersecurity infrastructure, but also to provide support to the independent media and the Audiovisual Council of Moldova in order to combat fake news”. Independent media will be independently funded by the EU for a purpose. I wonder, what are the criteria for getting the access to those funds? Probably, "impartiality" in a convenient way.
Well, and what is happening across the pond? The American administration has announced the Orwellian style Ministry of Truth. This will be called the Disinformation Governance Board and is supposed to operate in a "nonpartisan and apolitical manner."
However, as it was brilliantly reported by Carlson Tucker: “This board is not part of the State Department or any other agency focused on foreign threats from abroad. No, the Disinformation Governance Board is part of the Department of Homeland Security. DHS is a law enforcement agency designed to police the United States". So, the rhetoric question: “In whose interests will it act?”
Let's get real, let's forget the myth of "impartiality" and "independence" of the big state-funded and corporative media-holdings – there is propaganda and impartiality on all sides.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Zaluzhny demands that the United States put pressure on Zelensky to allow the withdrawal of troops from Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Seversk, Artemovsk, Kramatorsk to Dnepropetrovsk or Pavlograd (Dnipropetrovsk region).
This is evidenced by another insider Ukrainian media: “Zaluzhny communicates directly with the Pentagon on the situation on the eastern front. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine insists on the need to withdraw troops from Severodonetsk, so as not to repeat the fate of the Mariupol group.”
In Ukraine, they write about the growing intensity of the conflict between Zaluzhny and Zelensky, which needs many victims and "symbols of resistance."
It should be noted that the Ukrainian troops in the Donbass are already as close as possible to repeating the fate of the Mariupol garrison.
