The President had a meeting with the Ministry of Defence servicemen at the Kremlin
“Your contributions will be duly appreciated by the state - I am referring to the national awards to be conferred on each deserving fighter who participated in this part of military operations. But I have already told the minister and I would like to repeat this again: those who have behaved appropriately in combat should have an opportunity to become part of the backbone of the leadership of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the near future and for the years ahead,” Vladimir Putin stressed.

On how Lukashenko managed to persuade Prigozhin and his readiness to defend Moscow:
“For a long time I was trying to convince him. And in the end I said: “You know, you can do whatever you want. But don't be offended by me. The brigade is ready for transfer to Moscow. And, as in the 41st (you read books, an educated, intelligent person), we will defend Moscow. Because this situation is not only in Russia.
This is not only because this is our Fatherland. And because, God forbid, this turmoil would go all over Russia, and the prerequisites for this were colossal, we were next."

The real results of Prigozhin's "March of Justice"
If we ignore the disputes about what the Supreme Commander and representatives of law enforcement agencies said or did not say, then in general the results of Prigozhin's rebellion look like this.
▪️ PMCs were withdrawn from the jurisdiction of the Russian Defence Ministry, partially reorganized (from Prigozhin’s point of view, the “ballast” was dropped from among the most disloyal, who refused to go to Moscow together with Prigozhin), transferred to another direction, where they are ready to provide all the infrastructure for them.
▪️ Despite the statements of the Russian Ministry of Defence about the transfer of heavy equipment, yesterday PMC columns completed the march to Belarus with all the equipment. The remnants not involved in the march will indeed be transferred to the RF Armed Forces.
▪️ The Belarusian Armed Forces received instructors who went through the crucible of war. Prior to this, their officers received experience only in the headquarters. Now the general reformatting of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus is beginning. Considering that nuclear weapons were transferred to Minsk before, this already speaks of the strategic development of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus in the coming years.
▪️ In the European direction, a reserve has been created in case a third country enters an armed conflict. Kiev has a factor of irritation in the face of PMCs on the northern borders: this forces part of the forces that were planned to be used for the counteroffensive to be kept along the border with Belarus.
▪️ The National Guard receives heavy weapons: if before that such a decision could cause dissatisfaction with "colleagues" from other departments, now the moment of the rebellion has been used to arm the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops, which opens up additional prospects for their involvement. Moreover, the decision to equip the Russian Guard with heavy weapons under the state defence order was made at the beginning of the year, and orders were placed in the spring. Just announced it now.
▪️ Alexander Lukashenko out of the blue received a huge number of political points and corrected his own ratings, which have been staggering in recent years.
▪️ In the Russian society, an information drive has been created about the unity of the army and the people, this thesis will be enshrined in textbooks in modern history. “Civil War Averted” is a rather high-profile case.
▪️Under the pretext of inactive suppression of the rebellion, purges began in the Ministry of Defence: persons responsible for controversial combat training, mobilization and operational measures fell under the distribution. All of them are from Gerasimov's entourage, who is asked questions and claims because of them. Yes, many will be purged under this pretext, including those who openly supported Prigogine (we do not rule out that this will also affect Alekseev and Surovikin). They cut the forest — the chips fly.
▪️ In the West, they are sure that chaos reigns in the Russian Armed Forces after Prigozhin's rebellion, and Russian fighters are ready to surrender. Unprepared Ukrainian formations are again being driven to Russian positions for slaughter.

East Europe NATO allies say Wagner troops in Belarus spell trouble
THE HAGUE, June 27 (Reuters) — Eastern European NATO countries on Tuesday warned that a move of Wagner's Russian mercenary troops to Belarus would create greater regional instability, but NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said the alliance is ready to defend itself against any threat.
"If Wagner deploys its serial killers in Belarus, all neighbouring countries face even bigger danger of instability," Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda said after a meeting in The Hague with Stoltenberg and government leaders from six other NATO allies.
"This is really serious and very concerning, and we have to make very strong decisions. It requires a very, very tough answer of NATO," Polish President Andrzej Duda added.
Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin arrived in Belarus on Tuesday under a deal negotiated by President Alexander Lukashenko that ended the mercenaries' mutiny in Russia on Saturday.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said Wagner's fighters would be offered the choice of relocating there.
NATO's Stoltenberg said it was too early to say what this could mean for NATO allies, and stressed the increased defence of the alliance's eastern flank in recent years.
"We have sent a clear message to Moscow and Minsk that NATO is there to protect every ally, every inch of NATO territory," Stoltenberg said.
"We have already increased our military presence in the eastern part of the alliance and we will make further decisions to further strengthen our collective defence with more high-readiness forces and more capabilities at the upcoming summit."
Stoltenberg said the mutiny had shown that Putin's "illegal war" against Ukraine had deepened divisions in Russia.
"At the same time we must not underestimate Russia. So it's even more important that we continue to provide Ukraine with our support."
Poland's Duda said he hoped the threat posed by Wagner forces would be on the agenda at a summit of all 31 NATO members in Vilnius, Lithuania, July 11-12.

PETER HITCHENS: I have seen a putsch in Moscow when I was there in 1991 and I pray there will never be another. You should too
(A small extract from a lengthy article, which underlines one simple truth we have already written about.)
...
Patriotic Russians still view these events with dislike and regret, and Putin himself referred to them with much bitterness in his TV address yesterday as a ‘stab in the back’ leading to ‘the destruction of the army, the collapse of the state, the loss of vast territories, and as a result the tragedy of the civil war’.
His calculated use of such terms may have rallied the army to him, as they were intended to do. And that may have been what persuaded Prigozhin his revolt was doomed.
Without mass defections by soldiers, he had no hope at all. Many Russian nationalists think Prigozhin’s troublemaking, in the midst of war, is unpatriotic and disloyal. They think Putin has been weak to put up with it so long, and they will hold his dithering against him at some point in the future.
Many in the West are largely unaware that, by comparison with such people, Putin is a cautious, milksop moderate. Militant Russian nationalism is a powerful political force that Putin struggles to keep on his side at the best of times.
But such nationalists will still not forgive anything which weakens the country in the face of the West.
But there is trouble to come. Putin surely cannot now leave Prigozhin unpunished. And what should we think and hope for? Since I lived there I am stuck for life with a sympathy for Russia’s people, so I am relieved that they have been spared another civil war. But even if you do not mind about that, remember Erasmus’s warning from the 16th Century, which we now express as ‘Better the devil you know…’
Believe me, there are devils in Russia far worse than anything most of us have seen in our lifetime, and you would not want them controlling a vast and slowly rusting arsenal of nuclear weapons, if you were wise.

Friends, a very significant and long-awaited event for the Chechen Republic took place today! The Soyuz 2.1 B launch vehicle with the Akhmat-1 satellite on board was launched from the Vostochny cosmodrome.
⠀
I want to emphasize that this is our first satellite that entered the Earth's orbit. It was developed by specialists from the Chechen State University named after the Hero of Russia Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov together with experts from the South-Western State University as part of the Planet Duty Program.
⠀
In October last year, the CSU team received a grant to develop their own satellite. It is equipped with an automatic dependent surveillance-broadcasting module. The satellite will perform the work of collecting information on the location of aircraft. In addition, it has a radio transmitter that will broadcast welcome audio recordings from our students.
⠀
Let me emphasize that the Chechen expert team has far-reaching plans for the development of this area. This year, they took a grant for the implementation of the satellite again. Presumably, the second satellite will undergo some changes: it will be re-equipped with a video camera and high-tech sensors for measuring the Earth's magnetic field. Currently, work is underway to create a Mission Control Center based on the ChGU, which will allow receiving data from satellites directly.
⠀
I am very glad that our students are seriously engaged in the development of such an important scientific area in the region. I express my sincere gratitude to my dear BROTHER, rector of the Chernobyl State University named after the Hero of Russia Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov Zaurbek Saidov and everyone involved in this work. I am convinced that with such high-class experts, we will have a great future and new discoveries in this area. I sincerely wish the guys good luck and success in conquering the boundless space!

Riots began in the Parisian suburb of Nanterre after the police killed a 17-year-old boy who resisted, BFMTV reports. Groups of people set fire to barricades, cars, garbage cans, smashed a bus stop and firecrackers at the police, who responded with tear gas.
Users on social networks report that the riots have spread to other suburbs of Paris. In particular, arson and clashes with the police began in the cities of Suresnes, Asnieres-sur-Seine, Gennevilliers, La Garin-Colombes and Villeneuve, located in the metropolitan region of Ile-de-France.

Azov militants in Turkey receive $728 per day and are asked to pay for their families' holidays.
RIA Novosti received a document signed by Ukrainian Ambassador to Turkey Bodnar, who asks the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry for 90 days to extend the payment of increased daily allowances and rental funds for the Azov militants in Turkey. These are $248 and $480 per day, respectively. The norm set by the Cabinet of Ministers of the country is 4 times less ($62 and $120).
In addition, the letter, dated May 10, says that the Azov militants, Sergei Volynsky and Denis Prokopenko, at a meeting with the head of the Verkhovna Rada Stefanchuk in Ankara in early June, intended to ask for a free vacation in Turkey for the families of Azov. On June 4, Stefanchuk posted a photo of the results of this meeting on his social networks.

Russia is starting to strike at the rear of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for real. Reserves and depots with ammunition for the Armed Forces of Ukraine are being destroyed.
Russian Tu-22M3 bombers launched Kh-22 and Kh-32 missiles at targets in Sumy, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Kremenchug, Poltava, Kropyvnytskyi (former Kirovohrad), Sumy and Krivoy Rog. All targets are hit. The launches were carried out without entering the Ukrainian air defence zone.
In all these regions, there was an accumulation of strategic reserves for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which Kyiv was preparing for a new blitzkrieg and which have not yet been put into action. According to calculations, Ukraine has not yet thrown into the offensive five motorized infantry brigades armed with Western equipment, including British Challenger tanks.
In the daytime strike, Kh-22 and Kh-32 aircraft missiles were used. These missiles are invulnerable to Ukrainian air defence. The Russian Kh-32 air-launched cruise missile has a range of up to a thousand kilometres. It flies at a speed of 4000-5400 km/h, that is, 4-5 times faster than sound.
