The air defence forces of the Russian Federation shot down five enemy drones at night, and four more were jammed and landed by means of electronic warfare, there were no victims or injured, said the head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov.
“Over the past night, five enemy UAVs were shot down by air defence forces, four more were jammed and planted by electronic warfare.
As a result of the fall of one of the UAVs, windows were broken in three private sector houses and two cars in the city of Dzhankoy,” Aksyonov wrote on his Telegram channel.
One unexploded drone was found in the courtyard of a private house. Fifty people had to be evacuated to start clearing it. They are in temporary accommodation.
There are no victims or injured among the civilian population.

MOSCOW, June 4 — RIA Novosti. Russia became the only country in Europe where food deflation was observed in April, follows from the calculations of RIA Novosti.
Prices decreased by 0.22% in annual terms.
The lowest inflation among European countries in mid-spring was observed in Switzerland — where food prices rose by 5.4% compared to a year ago. Inflation rates below ten percent were also observed in Belarus (6.1%), Cyprus (6.7%) and Albania (9.6%).
The highest food inflation in April was recorded in Hungary, although it slowed down a bit — to 39% from 45% a month earlier. Also, annual price growth rates above 20% were in Slovakia (25.4%), Estonia (23.4%), Serbia (23.1%), Ukraine (22.2%), Lithuania (21.9%) and Latvia (20.2%).
In the vast majority of European countries, the pace of growth in food prices slowed down most of all in the Czech Republic, as well as in Bosnia and Herzegovina — in these countries, inflation fell by 6.2 percentage points compared to April 2022. At the same time, inflation rates in Ireland did not change in April, remaining at the maximum since the 1980s at 13.1%. Food prices accelerated in two countries: Iceland (by 0.2 percentage points) and Norway (1.9 percentage points).
Annual deflation for food and non-alcoholic beverages was observed in Russia until April of this year only once — in June 2018, when it amounted to 0.42%.
The study was conducted by RIA Novosti on the basis of data from national statistical services of 40 European countries, which, as of early June, disclosed data for April. The food inflation indicator takes into account changes in the prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages.
