3. Immediate creation of a UN monitoring contingent;
4. Placement of this contingent throughout the demilitarized zone;
5. Organization and holding of referendums under the auspices of the UN in all disputed territories "in order to guarantee an objective reflection of the desires of the population of these territories" to be part of Russia or Ukraine.

The Minister proposed to include these points in the joint declaration of the summit. "I am ready to say now that Indonesia is ready to provide military observers and military units to work under the auspices of the UN peacekeeping force," he added.
