AsianCinema News - Happy 1st Birthday to ACM!

Happy 1st Birthday to ACM!

This past year has been a happy and successful year in many ways. It has been defined by a kaleidoscope of happy memories, supportive friendships, and enduring relationships. Of course there have been some paths that may have been slightly more difficult to travel together. Despite the odd stumbling blocks along the way we have traveled through it together supportive, encouraging and enduring all along the way. We have many people to thank for that, from staff (both past and present), cappers, encoders, and uploaders, to our seeders and leechers! ACM wouldn't be what it is today without any of those people, so we owe them all a debt of gratitude!

We're doing a number of things to celebrate our birthday, starting with site-wide Freeleech and double seeding for a week!

We are also hosting open registration for the next couple days so be sure to let your family and friends know as this may be the last time we open our doors to the public.

Lastly, we would like to take this opportunity to bring your attention to two current issues that has prevented the site from growing at a faster pace.

1. Staff - As the site's content continues to grow with each day that passes so does the need for more staff members to keep the site running. If you are interested and would like to know more you can do so by clicking HERE[Redacted].

2. Site funding - As you all are aware running a website has costs. We are in need of donations to help pay our infrastructure bill.

With love,
AsianCinema

#Nostalgic News - Bye, 0% seeders are being pushed out

I've warned all year long and you guys still try to get under the radar by hustling the basic ratio system.

So many people here try so hard to keep this archive what it is while you guys just take and give nothing back but the bare minimum to stay off warning systems.

Can't say you weren't warned. There is 0% sympathy and no staff will help you.

Don't you DARE bother staff with this issue. Fix your account or take the axe. We have no time, or I should say I have no time to handle all this and answer all these stupid questions. I know I'm going into dickhead mode but you guys are testing my patience. This sites core is ran by 1 dude, get your shit together or get the fuck out I don't have time to babysit people. Too many people try to help the archive that need my attention.

If your cunty big fem clit gets in a knot about it go cry to reddit or something. This is a closed eco-system. We don't care. Get right or again get out.

Fucking mr. cranky pants mc-gee over here. Everyone tries to be very nice here and that's why sometimes I gotta be the pit-bull here and get shit in line. If you don't bark then bite, there are always users who try to dodge the system we have enforced, we are pirates technically after all.

To everyone that keeps a 20+% seeding, thank you.

p.s just get above 0% and be fine. It's that easy.

Staff comment:
THROUGH THE NEXT 7 DAYS ALL 0% SEEDERS WILL HAVE LEECHING DISABLED UNLESS NOSTALGIC NERD / DONOR. Once leeching is disabled you are pretty much fucked, we don't re-enable it. You do not help this system at all, you actually are a parasite to our designed system.

AnimeBytes News -Client List Update-

BiglyBT removed from whitelist - posted 1 day, 18 hours ago
It has come to our attention that certain features of BiglyBT that are not private-tracker friendly might be causing undesired data being reported back to tracker, as well as issues with announces being missed and user potentially fetching files from other source than our swarm. As such, the client has now been removed from whitelist and will NOT be added back.

Reminder that qBittorrent 4.2.0 is not yet whitelisted - posted 11 hours, 35 minutes ago
Please note that qBittorrent version 4.2.0 is not yet whitelisted. If your client has automatically updated to version 4.2.0, please revert to version 4.1.x and disable automatic updates. Please note that reverting might require re-checking all files and might be long process.

CHDBits News - 2019 Assessment

This site will start the "2019" year-end assessment of members from January 1, 2020 to February 1, 2020.
I. Evaluation rules:
1. Evaluation object: members whose registration date is more than 2 months;
2. Evaluation method: The incremental evaluation system is adopted. The incremental indicators are as follows:
1) Upload increment: up to 200G;
2) Download increment: up to 100G (based on personal data calculated by the system);
3) Increment of seed integration: 20,000 points (the magic calculation system seeded to obtain the base value of B value, excluding the calculation of the doubling of donated members)
Note: The above three items need to pass the examination at 00:00 on February 1, 2020 for the assessment to pass!
3. Exemption object:
1) Donor members marked with yellow star;
2) VIP and above members;
3) Insane users (including Insane users) or higher classes, and seeding points greater than 500,000. Both conditions must be met.
Second, matters needing attention:
1) Whether it is within the scope of assessment depends on the display of the "assessment progress bar". If it is within the scope of assessment, the "assessment progress tips" will be displayed at the top of each page of the website.
2) The archived members who meet the assessment conditions are also subject to the assessment. Please remove your archive status in time before the assessment and find a way to participate in the assessment.
3) The three indicators of this assessment are incremental, which is equal to the amount of data at the end of the assessment minus the amount of data at the beginning of the assessment, and all three indicators must pass the assessment on February 1, 2020 to pass the assessment. !!
4) Incremental examples:
At 0 o'clock on January 1, the data of a member is as follows: upload amount 100G, download amount 100G, seed points 2000.
At 0 o'clock on February 1, 2020, the member must meet the following data in order to pass the assessment: the upload volume ≥300G, the download volume ≥200G, and the seed points ≥22000.
5) Supplementary explanation for the failure of the assessment
This assessment will be different from previous assessments. Members who failed the assessment will no longer be banned from the account, and the seeding points will become negative 100,000 directly. When the seeding points are negative, they will not be able to continue downloading site resources. Self-produced new species
You can restore the downloading right by obtaining seeding points until the points are positive. The members who have not passed the assessment through the donation method to reset the points to zero will be restored to the right, but will not restore the points before the original assessment!
