For over 45 years I’ve been obsessed with the question: What is it that makes the DIFFERENCE in people’s lives?

I’m the ‘Why’ guy. I want to know why some people keep going when everyone else quits. Why do some people simply TALK about a dream and never follow through, while others work tirelessly and relentlessly to find a way to break through ANY obstacle? And why do some people get complacent and settle for a life that doesn’t really fulfill them while others are driven to pursue their heart’s calling?

As much as you might want to believe that some people are just “lucky,” when you REALLY dig in...that story doesn’t always hold up, does it?

The truth is, when someone is handed everything in life and doesn’t have to work for it, they probably won’t have the same kind of DRIVE as someone who is HUNGRY to make change and is absolutely LOCKED IN on realizing their dreams. 🎯🏃‍♀️

This is not a hunger that comes and goes. We’re not talking about dabbling. All over the world the most successful people are the ones who have a CONSISTENT, INSATIABLE HUNGER — one that NEVER goes away.

They will NEVER SETTLE for less than they can BE, DO, SHARE, CREATE, or GIVE. 💯

This kind of HUNGER to serve something beyond yourself will DRIVE YOU through your fear of failure and fuel you through the challenges we inevitably face.

It is the force that locks you into a meaningful commitment, and fastens you to the goal you’ve decided upon and you won’t sleep at night until you see it through!

👉 In those that are driven beyond the crowd, that HUNGER is IRREPRESSIBLE and it is one of the key factors and true GIFTS of the human spirit that fuels our endeavors and makes dreams reality.

Across different genres and visions of all kinds, the one thing the great visionaries and industry leaders universally all have in common is a HUNGER to be even better, and serve even more.

​​Something happened today that, for me, was extraordinary.

Tony Robbins has been my main professional mentor for the past 15 years since my first face-to-face training with him in 2008. I do what I do because he helped me see it, of course, being led by Jesus.

For the last almost 10 years I have been part of his team and he always greets me at all events because I am a well-known face. I am an "experienced crew" by the amount of times I have participated in the events and him and always stay as a coach of the Platinums. And he must greet me also because he knows of my love and gratitude for him.

But today he went further. And I'm still pinching myself to believe that in the middle of 11 thousand people, he looked at me and called me on stage.

First, Tony doesn't call someone on stage all the time. Second, that I had never seen him call anyone from the crew.

I still sent that famous: "me?"thinking he was talking to someone else, lol

When he asked my name and where I was from and I answered: Brazil, and in that, the room started celebrating because Brazil is very loved outside Brazil. Perhaps more than in Brazil itself.

At that point, Tony said, ' Brazil? A beautiful country and people!

I was very happy and emotional because that's what I feel, that I on a small level still, I seek to take Brazil to the world.

Also, I believe it was a recognition of him for me. And it gave me a joy I could never have imagined.

Jesus orchestrated this moment because it is not possible.

I needed to share with you who follow me and know how I take Tony everywhere I go! I honor whoever came first and made the path much easier for all Coaches.

Thank you so much @tonyrobbins and Sage! I love your life and I love to serve the purpose of ending suffering in the world.
