At first, I was spending time researching all kinds of parameters and indicators.
Then I realized something much simpler: just watch the coins on the first page of FOMO’s Trending section.
Anything beyond the first page is basically not worth looking at. Even if you try to front-run them, the win rate is extremely low.
Here’s what I usually look for:
🔹 Go to the first page of Trending
🔹 Focus on coins with a $500K–$2M market cap
🔹 Look for coins that have just entered the Trending page
🔹 The higher the ranking, the stronger the hype and FOMO
🔹 Then click in and check the narrative
🔹 See whether smart / experienced money is buying
At that point, you can usually make a pretty quick decision on whether it’s worth entering or not.
You also can’t be too much of a “diamond hands” holder in this market. You generally need to get in and out quickly.
Most importantly: take your initial capital out first.
I think this method is especially useful for beginners who have no idea how to pick tokens at the beginning.
Personally, I usually use FOMO to find and screen the tokens, then execute the trade on another DEX, where the fees seem to be much cheaper.
