NEW: 🇰🇷 South Korea's Jeonbuk Bank has reportedly begun making won loans to companies against bitcoin collateral, which local press calls a first for a commercial bank there.

A third-party custodian holds the coins, and Oct. 1 enforcement-rule changes let the bank recover through court-ordered sales without taking the bitcoin itself.

Size, rate, and loan-to-value were not disclosed.
