Il primo marzo รจ il SIAD, la giornata mondiale dedicata a sensibilizzare sull'autolesionismo.
Alzo le mani e dico che parlo per esperienza: convivo con questa bestia da 10 anni. Penso sia importante dirlo. Per me non รจ facile parlarne, ci vuole molto coraggio ad esporsi, ma non mi vergogno delle mie difficoltร . Questa giornata esiste anche per insegnare alle persone esterne ad essere meno giudicanti, ad invitarle all'ascolto, e ad imparare a parlarne nel modo adeguato.
ร un problema senza voce, che spesso subisce lo stesso trattamento di molti disturbi psicologici: viene messo sotto al tappeto e non ci si pensa piรน. E intanto la gente sta male lo stesso. In Italia un adolescente su 7 ne soffre, come anche circa il 6% della popolazione adulta.
Ci tenevo a fare un disegno piรน elaborato, ma piรน ci pensavo meno mi veniva in mente, quindi tenete il fiocco arancione simbolo di questa giornata ๐งก๐
