To remove the trust placed with local # council in WRITING...
then a Postcode has 15 addresses get your heads together
each address sends the Utility company or companies a backdated Invoice bill for the use of the underground part of the road(s) you own an any damage caused .
A little research on the company will reveal how long the company has been operating have been operating so backdate the invoice/bill .
It is because they acted in commerce (for profit) you are entitled to charge for the use of YOUR (collectively) property ,meaning roads etc.Any home owners should add a further bill invoice for where THEIR power line/pipes enter your home (check your deeds) .

🔗Treason Act 1351 still on statute books states: even to "violate the Queen" is Treason
Fact :in 1973 the Monarch was violated by the giving over of her CONSTITUTIONAL powers to two foreign states (Inner City of London bankers and The Federal states of Europe ,now tell me that Heath Thatcher,Blair etc havent either as a principle offender or a party aiding and abetting Treason or Misprision of Treason as all unlawful assemblies continuing to VIOLATE THE OFFICE OF THE MONARCH by reducing her to the Head of Corporations
Declaration what Offences shall be adjudged Treason. Compassing the Death of the King, Queen, or their eldest Son; violating the Queen, or the King’s eldest Daughter unmarried, or his eldest Son’s Wife; levying War; adhering to the King’s Enemies; killing the Chancellor, Treasurer, or Judges in Execution of their Duty.
