.....At Archbold Chapter 1-76 2006 publisher Sweet and Maxwell (and I quote) " an indictment lies against all persons who actually commit ,or who procure,or assist in,or who knowingly harbour a traitor or assist persons who have committed an offence .A persons who aid and abet ,counsel or procure the offence are treated as principle offenders " and at Archbold Chapter 1-6 Disobeying statutes ( coronation Oaths Act 1688 and Bill of Rights 1689 ) is an indictable offence ,,,,what more do you lot need ...this also applies to every QC/ Judge/Silk etc

You decide to attend and enter and there sits a SINGLE DECISION MAKER about to commit indictable offences (explained yesterday)
You make it known "WHERE IS THE JURY" he /she (decision maker) replies "er well I dont think thats necessary" now you rely on the Bill of Rights 1689🔗
...only a jury can convict ...with that leave the court is not legitimate.
These types of courts are :
Family courts
Magistrates courts
Council rented courts
The next post will be how to prepare the indictment (fraud by misrepresentation ) so serve it on the single individual criminally lauding it over you
...he/she now having broken the law is now recused and cannot make any orders what so ever

To remove the trust placed with local # council in WRITING...
then a Postcode has 15 addresses get your heads together
each address sends the Utility company or companies a backdated Invoice bill for the use of the underground part of the road(s) you own an any damage caused .
A little research on the company will reveal how long the company has been operating have been operating so backdate the invoice/bill .
It is because they acted in commerce (for profit) you are entitled to charge for the use of YOUR (collectively) property ,meaning roads etc.Any home owners should add a further bill invoice for where THEIR power line/pipes enter your home (check your deeds) .
