I sought to see a CONSTITUTIONALLY AGREED CONSTABLE to which they admit there isnt one so I alleged they are acting in Fraud by misrepresentation

...she asked what crime are you seeking to report so we can get an OFFICER,

"the crime of conspiracy to appropriate property by Theft contrary to Theft Act 1968 S5 (2) ....oh you will need to go see a solicitor”
“WHAT” !!! I replied “that that will end up in an illegitimate administrative court also agents of a foreign state (Inner City of London) and as such you and all police OFFICERS are acting in Fraud by Misrepresentation so that is NOT happening and its your job to investigate”

...clear now that they are hand in glove and I did state they are in effect “FOREIGN AGENTS” and therefore I stated

“if you wont do it I will file to the direct to the Crown Court under Crime and Disorder Act 1998 S51 the indictments . So any actions to illegitimate Administrative courts are under the full control of FOREIGN AGENTS and the advice is NOT to approach police ...gather the evidence and witnesses and file direct to the Crown Court.

It is also that very police OFFICER is committing the indictable offence at this very minute of DISOBEYING statutes ? Those Statutes are the Bill of Rights 1689, The Coronation Oath Act 1688 and The Act of Settlement 1701....so with knowledge and research we can beat this charade ...indictments are being prepared for submission in the new year!

Any and every police officer regardless of rank has broken the law the second they ignored superior statutes . (Coronation Oaths At 1688,Bill of Rights 1689 and Act of Settlement 1701) This amounts to what is called in law a "public outrage"
So when one of these parties assist,stop or attempt to assist any other party eg counils,gas board et applying legislation created after CONSTITUTIONAL CONSTABLES were removed in 1995 are acting by disobeying superior statutes which is an indictable offence (ref Archbold Criminal Pleading and Evidence Practice 2006)
Now when they make claim against you or anyone they (police/councils etc ) make the move to apply illegitimate Administrative courts to procure illegitimate "judgements" such as Liability Orders /Fines etc .These Orders are VOID as they are all committing indictable offences (disobeying superior statutes) On these facts they have no right legal or lawful to demand names /addresses , I.D as they have committed an indictable offence and must stand down or recuse themselves but they dont ...which means along with committing an indictable offence they also are agents of a foreign state (inner city of London and Banker Rothschilds ) and have no jurisdiction or authority what so. The foreign state of The Inner City of London are in fact covertly taking up all land and property(including children) covering a jurisdiction ENGLAND and Wales OUTSIDE that that foreign state in other words war has been covertly declared and police are their agents as they pay them via the Treasury (loans to the Corporation known as Uk Gov Ltd) . The fraud of Governments is to borrow as much loans to make claim it is a national debt which I know of no one that signed such loan agreement with UK Gov to obtaian loans from a foreign state where constitutional police are removed and replaced with corporate polie under the full control of bankers
