7 Year #Imprisonment - Falsely Acting as a #Court authority
It takes a few weeks to understand where #Eviction orders/ #council Tax / orders to sell #homes etc are void:
County Court Act 1984 section 135
Penalty for falsely pretending to act under authority of court.
(meaning to learn to detect a court acting without Legal authority)
Any person who-
(a) delivers or causes to be delivered to any other person any paper falsely purporting to be a copy of any summons or other process of [F1the county court] , knowing it to be false; or
(b) acts or professes to act under any false colour or pretence of the process or authority of [F1the county court] ;shall be guilty of an offence and shall for each offence be liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 7 years.
The Great seal was removed from parliament in 1973 and only an OFFICER OF THE CROWN (deposed in 73) may seek "collection of taxes" etc...its all fraud - - -

Case WON:
Reading the case file WI05257F between David Ward & Warrington Council.
He was being charged with a parking fine and he proved that the fine was illegal and won the case. It turns out all taxes, fines, council tax etc etc are only legal if acording to their own law, you sign to agree these to be in place when we are appointed a new government (every 4 years). We are never asked to go in and sign to agree we will pay these taxes and continue these so called “laws” that the previous government have in place. There for they use the twelve presumptions of law. Unless you challenge it, it’s presumed you’ll pay and agree them.
David challenged it and didn’t agree it so won his case.
Funny how this isn’t in our curriculum that’s written by our government. How convenient.
Only those who read the law books directly see this to be the case.
