KHAN FOUND TO HAVE LIED OVER ULEZ: Micro-Mayor Khan has misled the public about the “benefits” of ULEZ in radio and newspaper advertisements, a draft report leaked to (The Sunday Telegraph).

A UK advertising watchdog conducted an analysis a few months ago as hundreds of drivers complained that Mini-Mayor Khans, TfL/ICL report exaggerated the extent to which the ULEZ would improve the capital’s air quality.

The Advertising Standards Authority are due to condemn TfL for “misleading” claims about the expansion of Ulez reducing levels of poisonous nitrogen dioxide (NO2) particles.

The ASA draft conclusions will come as a MASSIVE HUMILIATION for both TfL and tiny manKhan, the organisation’s chairman, after £9 million was spent on a “marketing blitz” ahead of the controversial expansion. (Sunday Telegrah).

The classified report was handed to this newspaper after being sent to interested parties before any potential amendments, ratification and publication.

One campaigner who complained to the watchdog about the adverts said the nine-page document showed Mr Khan “lied” about the impact Ulez would have on pollution. The advertising watchdog’s recommendations say two complaints about two radio and one newspaper adverts are to be upheld.

A total of 578 people contacted the ASA to “challenge” TfL to prove the claims in the adverts, which were broadcast and published between January and June this year. The adverts claimed Ulez had “seen almost a halving of levels of nitrogen dioxide”, “most air pollution related deaths actually occur in outer London” and that Ulez had made a significant difference by helping to reduce harmful nitrogen dioxide pollution by nearly half in Central London.

The ASA found two adverts were “misleading” because they “did not clarify” claims NO2 levels had “reduced by nearly half ” as a result of Ulez and were based on “estimates or modelled scenarios” and not “actual figures”.

The second complaint expected to be upheld found an advertisement that claimed deaths from pollution were higher in outer London failed to make clear that that area had already been covered by Ulez.

The anti-Ulez campaigner who leaked the document said: “This report shows that once again Sadiq Khan, as the chair of TfL, knowingly lied about the claims made in his adverts about the effectiveness and impact of the Ulez scheme, before it even went live.” TfL said that it was “strongly challenging” the draft recommendations.

The ASA refused to comment on the leaked document. However, a source stressed that the final ruling had not been issued and so the findings could change. It is understood the ruling could be issued officially in the next few weeks.

Explosive Allegations of Systematic Fraud Unearthed in Land Registry and Courts - Mattie McGrath TD

Mattie McGrath TD, leader of the Rural Independent Group of TDs, has made shocking revelations regarding what he believes to be systematic fraud within the Land Registry and the Irish courts. These allegations, including perjury, misrepresentation, and a conspiracy to defraud Irish citizens of their homes, farms, and properties, have come to light through a series of comprehensive documents prepared by Edmund Honohan, The Master of the High Court and addressed to all TDs and Senators. Deputy McGrath has himself reached out to all TDs and Senators, highlighting the serious issues at hand.

Addressing these concerns, Deputy McGrath stated from Leinster House:

"This new documented evidence brings to light a far-reaching fraudulent scheme involving perjury, misrepresentation, and a conspiracy to defraud Irish citizens of their homes, farms, and properties. Honohan, a highly respected expert in this field, indicates that the courts are consistently deceived by the presentation of Land Registry folios with misleading mortgage ownership information, falsely presented as 'conclusive' evidence."

"The information revealed suggests that the entities known as 'credit servicers,' often referred to as vulture funds, may not actually possess ownership of the mortgages, despite being registered as such. This fraudulent practice raises significant concerns, affecting tens of thousands of distressed borrowers, including those with business properties, farms, and family homes."

"In light of these grave revelations, I have written to all fellow TDs, urging them to share this documentation and to share it with their affected constituents, numbering in the tens of thousands. Many of these individuals are entangled with vulture funds and face challenges within the judicial system. Sharing this information is a means to empower affected citizens, especially those without legal representation, to assert their rights, which are protected under EU and Irish law."

"In response to these concerning findings, I am calling on members of the Oireachtas to unite across party lines and strongly urge the Minister for Justice and the Minister for Finance to promptly address the ongoing criminal acts."

"I am also demanding an immediate halt to this activity, pending a comprehensive investigation by various arms of the State, including the Gardaí, the Corporate Enforcement Authority, the Land Registry, and the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Finance."

"I cannot emphasize the urgency of this situation enough, and I appeal to my colleagues in the Oireachtas to give this critical matter their immediate attention,” concluded Deputy Mc Grath.
