Are Carpark ANPR #PCN fines illegal?
There is a huge debate going on in the Houses of Parliament currently about the huge fines being handed out by private parking tickets.

Since occupiers of land are no longer allowed to clamp on Private land, many have resorted to hiring Private Parking Companies to "fine" people for parking on their land.
They cannot really hand out FINES as this would be illegal under the Bill of Rights 1688/89, so they call them "Parking Charge Notices" or PCN's.

These are enforced under CONTRACT law and when you drive onto a carpark with signs clearly posted around the carpark, apparently you have read the notices and agree to the terms and conditions! So if you didn't enter into the contract in the first place, you cannot be charged for breaching the "implied" contract.

There are two kinds of oath. You only need to choose one.

1) Oath to Baron

They are both the same except one gets posted to a baron and one gets posted back to yourself. Both are equally valid. Some people prefer not to send it to a baron which is why we have two options.

How to complete your Oath:

1. Fill in your address

2. A Barons address is prefilled on The Oath (or choose a different one from accepting barons in topics).

3. Print and sign your name

4. Get three witness signatures

5. Witnesses must be adults, unrelated to you, with no criminal record during the last 10 years.

6. Send a photocopy of your oath to the baron via registered mail signed for).

7. Staple the receipt to the original and record the date it was received using the tracking number.

8. You will need to send photocopies of your oath with your notice documents. Make several photocopies of your oath with the postal receipt lay across it.

Late David Robinson was a truth seeker and freedom lover, who like many, realized our peoples Sovereignty and Commonwealth was being deceptively eroded and usurped by foreign powers.
Elizabeth Beckett, Davids mentor, whose father who was a high court judge, raised the awareness of the Barons invocation of Article 61 on the 23rd March 2001, only reported in footer scrolling print, on the late night news of the 23rd March and reported in print in the UK Guardian (24th March 2001). After the required Constitutional protocols of 40 days for the Queen to respond, an unsatisfactory response implored the Barons Committee of article 61 to invoke article 61, effectively dethroning the Queen, and putting all the governments that have broken the safeguards put in place by the constitution throughout the Commonwealth under Common Law. 🕊
