RUSSIA & UKRAINE AGREED PEACE ACCORD
St Petersburg Forum this weekend, Russian President Putin showed for first time a document agreed upon by Ukrainian side at spring 2022 peace talks. It appears that Russia withdrew forces from around Kiev, before Ukraine changed its mind
Putin: “… here’s the document. 18 pages & addition to it. It exists. They signed it. It guaranteed Ukraine’s neutrality & as per agreement we pulled out our military from the Kiev region. But as always Kiev threw away this document into the junk-yard of history.”
He said:
📌The treaty w/Kiev included provisions for neutrality & security guarantees, but they threw everything out.
📌 Kiev initialed agreement with Moscow in Istanbul, but after the withdrawal of Russian troops from near Kiev, Ukraine threw it into the dustbin of history.

The footage shows Reuters journalists, Saeed Chmagh and Namir Noor-Eldeen being gunned down by a US Apache helicopter.
Several others were killed while the US pilots laughed.
George Bush & Tony Blair are not in prison, but Julian Assange is jailed in the UK, with the US pursuing extradition to imprison him for 175 years.
