Letter requests the discount and gives examples of how UK Councils fund acts of Terrorism in the UK and abroad.
It also lays out how the Councils are breaching Constitutional Law by imposing the unlawful tax.
Keep records and evidence of serving this document.
Any failure to deal with the application is a breach of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 which can be used at any future hearings.
